      Exceptional Customer Service

Left on 03/26/2013 for a stay in March 2013

This property was just what we were hoping for. It's location was perfect for taking day trips to the volcano, into Hilo, and even over to Kona. Our family of 6 found it very comfortable. We were surprised by the sounds of the Coqui frogs the first night, but they didn't keep us from sleeping. We also enjoyed a couple of the restaurants in the charming nearby town of Pahoa. We did encounter an issue upon arriving, but it was handled very much to our satisfaction by the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

      Beautiful house

Left on 08/22/2011 for a stay in July 2011

Amazing price and beautiful house. Loved going to sleep at night listening to all the frogs. What an experience. The backyard was beautiful. We had so much fun looking at all the plants and trees. The house is fully stocked except food so that came in handy when we forgot something. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you Don. Such a nice person to rent from. He was very helpful with all my millions of questions.

      Perfect accommodations

Left on 03/20/2011 for a stay in March 2011

Had a great stay at this beautiful home. Lots of room, very clean, washer and dryer a great asset when on a 3 week vacation. Sure loved the birds and outside critters both in the morning and evening. Very easy to find, loved the price as it is good value for your dollar. Location is great with quite neighborhood. On our next visit to Hawaii, we would certainly stay here again if we could and we will go back as this was our first trip to the Hawaiian Islands and we loved it.

      Lovely stay at Mahimahi

Left on 01/31/2011 for a stay in January 2011

We were only there for 4 nights but our stay was excellent. Paypal made the booking easy and the directions to the property were excellent and easy to follow. The area was quiet (except for the raucous tree frogs that sang nightly), yet it was well located for touring Hilo area, Volcanos National Park and the local sites and beaches. The facilities were well maintained, clean and more than adequate for our needs. We were extremely please with our stay and would certainly return on any future visit.
