We are located in a tranquil neighborhood. The property is the last one on the road and after it is just cane field. At the same time that we are just one mile away to the center of Paia town, you can experience the Aloha country feeling. All the water lovers appreciate our locations. We are just 3 minutes to the famous Hookipa Beach. We offer a private parking space for one car inside of the property.

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week staying in ana's beautiful studio. The place is beautifully decorated and presented. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery etc and a 2 ring burner and microwave which allowed us to cook all our meals. The surrounding garden is green and lush with lots of flowers and trees. The studio is on the edge of Paia, a really laid back town with lots of lovely shops and cafes and a really nice feel about the place. This really gorgeous studio makes for somewhere different, relaxed and more private to stay than the main touristy areas on the west coast of Maui (also cheaper too!). Paia, as a location, proved to be really good for exploring the island from - it takes about 45 mins to drive over to Lahania and a few hours over to Haleakala (we got up at 3am to see sunrise and had plenty of time to make the journey), and is also located at the start of the road to Hana meaning we were able to beat the crowds. There is a really excellent supermarket in Paia too with lots of fresh meat and veg. All of these things make this studio an excellent place to stay and somewhere we would definitely return to if we were visiting Maui again. Definitely worth making a booking if you want to escape the over crowded tourist areas and experience the more laid back Maui

Close to downtown Paia and beaches. We stayed 10 nights, so the small studio became even smaller towards the end of our stay. Shorter stays might be better .There was no TV, although there obviously had been a wall mounted TV there previously. Manager was pleasant and responsive. It did not look like there was a contract with an exterminator, as near the end of our stay, there was a very heavy concentration of ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

This clean and very private studio was the perfect place for me, a single traveler on a first time vacation to Maui. I like to be a bit away from the 'tourist swarm' and this spot was just right for me. Ana, the super friendly and very helpful on-site manager of the property was a great resource for me. She had lots of suggestions which made my visit very enjoyable, thanks ana! I found the location perfect for access to beaches, day trips to Hana, and also very quiet and private. It was a perfect size for me, but would suit a couple as well. I loved the subtle decor and attention to detail. I will absolutely return to enjoy more time at this beautiful spot.

Excellent and affordable accommodation in a super convenient and beautiful location! The studio is clean, decorated nicely in Island style, good basic kitchen and super comfortable bed and linens. I especially liked the back deck with surrounding cane fields and mountain views - its a hidden gem! There is a good swimming beach just a few minutes walking down the road and only a few minutes driving to Paia Town and Hookipa Beach. It was really nice to be close to everything. I found the hosts ana and Juan super friendly and helpful with their local tips for visiting the island. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks again!
