Belvedere Court is a brand new select development of apartments on the sea front in Paignton. The location offers fantastic position on Preston Sands beach, while the centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the sea front. No. 1 is on the ground floor with an allocated parking space and it's own entrance from the front of the building.
A highchair and pushchair are available in the property at no extra charge.

Paignton has a wide range of great activities fo children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier to the zoo – recently ranked as one of the Daily Telegraph’s top 50 days out. The beaches at Preston, Paignton centre and Goodrington offer good sandcastle building conditions while the more adventurous can discover hidden beaches along this stretch of coast.
The centre has level access to the seafront or explore the harbour to find restaurants and the chance to try some watersports. Above the harbour lies Roundham Point where gardens provide a panoramic view of The English Riviera with Torquay to the left and Brixham to the right.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 2.95% service charge. Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday – Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August. Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated. A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings. All our properties are non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas. Pets are accepted for a small surcharge of £23.00 each.

i went to this apartment with my wife and parents and was very pleased with the cleanliness and spaciosness of the rooms.It had evey convenience with linen,cutlery,plates cups etc.We were given 2 sets of keys which was great.Its location was brilliant turn right and within 5 mins we were on the seafront.Also there were every kind of pamphlets on the local attractions,buses,trains etc all in all a very pleasing stay and i cannot fault the apartment and location in any way 10/10

A well appointed apartment ideally situated across the road from the beach. Liked this apartment as quite a good size but found the beds extremely uncomfortable.Parking could be abit tricky if all car parking spaces used. Paignton zoo was great - spent the whole day there. Splashdown water park was good fun but would probably buy inflatable rubber rings for the kids as the queue's to get them were long. Goorington beach is lovely - quite a few rides to go on - we enjoyed the go-karts and the cafe sells good food and wonderful ice creams. Dartmouth is a lovely place to visit, nice assortment of local shops as is Totnes. Went to Torquay couple of times - great fish and chips! Had a fab meal at a beautiful thatched pub - The Thatched Tavern, Steep Hill, Maidencombe - well worth a visit.
