Townhouse is in a quiet residental location with a promenade at the front door which leads to the lakeside walking trail and ends up at the shopping village and cafe with the best coffee for miles. West Gippsland food and wine trails, Jindivic Cheese tasting and sales, Gumbya Native Animal Park.
Pakenham is 50 kms east of Melbourne, withe asy access to the Monash Freeway to Melbourne or south to the Bayside beaches and Phillip Island attractions. Forest drives and 4 wheel drive tracks.
Craft cottages, hills tea houses and nurseries, Puffing Billy Vintage Steam and Automobile Club in nearby Dandenong Ranges. Picnic in the park after Puffing Billy to Emerald Lake, Gembrook or Belgrave township.
We welcome children,but sorry no pets. All ameniites included, all bedding and linen; just come with your suitcase.

Website was a great preview, easy booking transaction, excellent communication.
Well decorated, clean, easy to find and value for money.
Although not walking distance to main township the surrounds were pretty with the lake close and the location was quiet with minimal traffic.

Excellent, walk in, walk out. Home away from home.
Much better than a hotel, everything provided including breakfast of bacon,eggs and mushrooms. Plentiful supply of towels, linen etc. Full kitchen plus some with everything required. Easily accommodate 8 people . Close to lake with walking path, children's playground if required. Easy walk to local shops. Nearby bus service if wishing to venture farther. Train also close enough to walk to if wishing to travel elsewhere e.g city or country Victoria .

Home from home plus more !!
Apart from the fantastic lake front position, we knew as soon as we entered the property it felt like home. Did I mention the fantastic position, with views over the lake from both the lounge area & master bedroom. Shops, restaraunt & cafes are within easy walking distance. Pakenham & Fountain Gate shopping centres are just a short drive away. Easy access to the Monash freeway which takes you to either Melbourne city or down to the south east coastline. Both the Dandenongs & the Mornington Peninsula are again an easy drive away. Finally anne has gone the extra mile, with the standard of furnishing, to ensure your comfort during your stay at Lakeside.

Fantastic family townhouse top quality
It was a pleasure dealing with the owners the service is a+++ on arrival we found milk, bacon and eggs left in fridge by the owners and the fact we had driven 6 hours this was a nice surprise. The townhouse was very modern, clean and wonderful location in a great safe area. We will stay here again the service from anne is excellent thank you so much.
