•Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit and the balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon completion of the rental. During the period including October to May heating may be charged at cost.
Guests should be aware that while the property is securely fenced the pool is not fenced from the house so care should be taken with small children and non swimmers.
For the low and mid season periods MID WEEK ARRIVALS will be considered.
