The apartment is on the first floor (high level) of a two floors building entirely renovated during the year 2008.
The house is known in the area as “Casa del Sole” (house of sun) because it is illuminated for almost the entire day and it looks like it shines with its own light.
The apartment overlooks Piazza Carmine and from its sunny balcony you can admire the wonderful church of the Madonna del Carmelo (do not miss the 26th july procession!).

Booked this apartment through this site which was great since i was sure it could be trusted! was a bit afraid of the location but it was actually a great surprise.it is in a piazza facing the famous and ancient ballaro' market, if you love food, this is a must! yes it is noisy but it is one of the thing i loved about it and know that im back home where it is very peaceful i miss it dearly! the flat is small but recently done up and furnished with great care. inside there is everything you need and the day we arrived it was spotlessly clean.we have found our home away from home so this is the place to stay during our next visit to Palermo.

beautiful and tastefully decorated house, small but very homy, great view, sweet atmosphere in this place located in the heart of the best known fruit and vegetable market in the city of Palermo, Ballarò. Situated in the very heart of the renowned Sicilian capital, lodging in this house allows you to get around in the most picturesque places in the city. Take a walk from the house and get everywhere in a few minutes. The ideal place for a long stay or just for a weekend break. Don't you miss it!

A charming and beautiful place in the heart of Ballaro.Servicio first.
The apartment is beautiful!, A large living room where I can see a magnificent view of the Carmen Church and the most popular market of Palermo, Ballaro. It's amazing to be there in that place you feel at home, the room spacious with all the comfort you need, kitchen with modern design touches and not losing the essence of the place. clean bathroom, plenty of natural light.
Very nice experience Ballaro - Palermo, the owner is a person Stefano wonderful, friendly, give you the necessary information you need.
