This charming apartment is located on the third level of the prestigious building "Palazzo Briuccia", in one of the most atractive areas of the city, has a wonderful view to the square of Palermo, attached the theater Politeama. The apartment is on two levels, entering to the bright living area with modern features and comfortable sofa bed and with contemporary design objects. From this space with large windows is access to great balcony overlooking the two famous places Castelnuovo, where is a Palchetto della Musica surrounded by palm trees and a pedestrian sidewalk, and Piaza Ruggero Settimo with his theater Politeama.

This apartment was fantastic! We stayed here over Easter weekend 2013 and were astounded. First, Daniela was there waiting for us and was helpful as ever, providing us a map and suggesting places to go (Pizzeria Biondo was our favorite spot).
The apartment itself is modern and updated. Although there were 6 of us packed in, we were all very comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful. The first floor has gorgeous high ceilings. The entry to the building is classic and gorgeous. There's an elevator, too. The kitchen is small, but just perfect for a vacation and was equipped with all we needed to cook simple meals.
And how am I just mentioning the location? I almost thought the photos were too good to be true, but nope - it is situated right in the main square with a balcony that looks out to the theatre. Such a treat!
I would love to go back and stay here again. -

Estive na primeira semana de Janeiro de 2013 com a minha esposa nesse apartamento que fica no coração de Palermo. Da janela do apartamento é possível ver o Teatro Politeama e existem ótimos restaurantes nas proximidades que foram indicados pela Daniela que realizou o checkin.

I concur enitrely with Genevieve. The apartment is ideally situated in an attractive neighborhood and close to a wide range of restaurants, shops and sights.
The apartment is modern, clean and comfortably furnished. It is very affordable and an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel.
We booked Suite Politeama through the helpful people at VisitPalermo who were able to offer lots of helpful advice and made our stay in Palermo a delight.Response from Daniela - 11/02/2012

My 3 friends and I stayed in Suite Peliteama for a week in September 2012. We were all amazed by the location of the flat, the view from thr baclcony, the size of the appartment and the very high celling. Everything about this place is charming.
We as well had a very good custumer service. They were very attentive to our needs. I would recommand this place to anyone going to Palermo. It's right in the center of the city, next to the buses going to the airport and the beach.
The pictures really show how beautiful the appartment is.
