The house is only 600 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. Access to the beach is easy both by car and by foot through a nice track in the pine trees starting in front of the house. Paliouri is known for its honey and olive oil production and the region for its natural, untouched beauty. High up in the woodland and the village, the most incredible view towards Kelifos Island, Athona and the gulf of Toroneos can be seen. There is one main beach (Chrousso Beach) and several beautiful and secluded beaches.
Paliouri is a traditional Greek village with its characteristic central square with taverns, restaurants and local shops. Southeast of the village, at the limits of Toronaios Gulf and after 6 km towards Kanistro Cape there is the settlement of Xinas and the settlement of Ag. Nikolaos with two picturesque small gulfs and the natural bay where the church of St. Nikolas if located. Boat cruises to Sithonia and Monte Atos are availbale from the village of Pefkohori.

A must see, gorgeous place, 5 min. Away from the beach, clear waters
Lots of green around it. The villa has a great set up, very modern comfortable
and cozy. I was surprised by the elevator in it. Do not take any games, fishing or scuba diving equipment, they have it all. The villa was equipped with anything you can imagen, more then I expected. Great place, great times.

I travelled here with my husband and our nine year old son, and stayed a week in this fabulous rental. My family and I really don't care for crowded tourist spots, and so we were very pleased with this location. The tourist spots are still around - short drive away, but so too are the quieter beaches, three of which we enjoyed. The sea was wonderful, warm and clear, where we snorkelled after schools of colourful little fish. It was 43 C (yikes!), but with the air conditioning in the house, the private pool, and the beaches nearby, we rarely felt uncomfortable.
There is a little hamlet about 5 minutes away, with a butcher, where we bought prepared meats to barbecue, and a fantastic bakery that sold croissants stuffed with nutella, as well as several little restaurants.
The place is very nicely furnished, with three separate bedrooms, as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, so a lot of people can stay here, quite comfortably. There is a charcoal BBQ right beside the outdoor patio dining set, where we had all our meals, enjoying the view of the pool and the sea beyond. It was pretty neat to have an elevator in the house, along with the marble stairs. Really, everything was perfect and picture-perfect, and we had a very relaxing holiday. -

We have spent 1 week in this very nice villa, extremely well furnished and equipped and with an impressive view to the sea. The kids were excited of having a private swimming pool, an elevator in the house and a gaming room in the basement. The closest beach is situated at about 20 min walking distance from the house and there are also other nice beaches in the area easily accessible by car. Carrefour Partner and local food shops are situated 5 minutes drive south on the same road. Booking was easy and communication with the owner very good.

My family and I spent one week in this lovely villa last summer - with our 3 children all aged under 8. It was really the perfect vacation villa for a family; house is really well planned there's lots of space and the decor is most definitely done by an interior designer. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open plan and leads to the living, dining and bbq areas, which then flows out to a gorgeous infinity swimming pool and lovely lawned garden, finished off with a backdrop of the sea - so breathtaking. This villa is great for either relaxing or entertaining, and cooking is a dream - I found lots of wonderful herbs growing in the gardens. The house is also fully air-conditioned and has a lift (ideal for suitcases!) as well as stairs. All the bedrooms are upstairs which is fairly quiet - a real plus for those afternoon siestas! Two out of three bedrooms have great sea views and all the bedrooms have spacious built in cupboards fantastic for organising our luggage. Also, all the bedrooms had their own balconies which I found was great for discreetly drying off towels and swimsuits. Beaches are close enough to walk to - even with 3 kids. All up, most highly recommended - we will definitely return as soon as we can.
