My husband and I have stayed at the town house twice in the past 15 months and are already thinking about our next stay there. We have a 3 and 1 year old boys and the location is perfect for children. The beach is right accross the street and there is also a playground, which my 3 year old loves. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beach "gear" including chairs,umbrella,towels, and buckets for children are all there! The only thing that you will need to buy is of course food. The owners are wonderful and easy to deal with. Thank you for your hospitality Joyce!

Great location: easy walk to beach and beautiful inlet too. Also easy walk to restaurants. Very safe area. Well equipped unit. Clean, light and spacious. Would definitely rent here again. Very good value. Joyce was easy to work with, flexible and considerate. Area Map of condo on Trip advisor has location of condo marked incorrectly, so be sure to ask for correct address and directions from Joyce.

We just got back from our stay and I could not wait to say how nice the townhouse was, and what a great time we had in the area. Everything was provided for our time there, we were able to go to the beach in the morning and come back to rest and have lunch. Well worth it for anyone wanting to spend time in the Palm Beaches.

Gorgeous two-story condo with a huge beach front right across the street. Joyce has everything you need right there. Nice patio with beautiful foliage where you can grill that fresher than fresh fish you just bought at the market. The owners are extremely friendly and right at hand. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer!

Two of the townhomes were rented by my family members who attended my daughters wedding. They were neat, clean, and spacious. Decorated nicely in tropical theme. The townhome units are located just a 3 minute walk from the beach. You can't beat the price for the amount of townhome you get and the location. The owners were very accommodating and efficient with all rental aspects of this property.

We chose this condo for it's spaciousness, proximity to the beach and convenience. I had read very nice things about Joyce, the owner & they proved to be true.
We were well taken care of from the point where we had to switch rooms due to a scheduling conflict, thru our departure. The beach was beautiful, & as close as described; no need to put your flip flops on for long. There was plenty to do within walking distance, again as described.
We're hoping to get back again. -

This is a great location for a family. It is in a quiet part of Florida and the beach access and the beach itself is excellent. The owner is a special person and the transaction was straightforward and easy to complete.The place is non-smoking and pet free which suited us completely.
One great feature was that there are well maintained walking paths all olong the intercoastal and through the town area. Lots to see, places to take a viewing break and easy, breezy walks often near the water and all its activity.
There is also good touring, fishing,sports activities shopping and food outlets in the area. The 'popular restaurants' are good fun but loud, and don't look for gourmet fare. There are however better restaurants up on PGa Blvd which is nice and close.
For food shopping an excellent Publix about 8 minutes away cannot be beaten.
We flew into PBI and it was 8 miles from the townhouse which was very convenient.
To complete the package the owner could add wireless access to the property (hint)

Dear Malcolm, Thank you for coming back our Town Homes. I know you were here many years ago and we are so glad you decided to return. As far as the internet goes we just took out a modem that our previous guest needed since he doesne't have a wireless connection and had to plug in directly. All our other guests have picked up the wireless connection in the area. We used to have a linksys for all units but found it was not needed. I will be sure to follow up right away just in case the connection is not as before.

What a magnificent place to stay with good proximity to many attractions. The location is convenient to everything: walking from beach, restaurants, shops, Marina, tennis court.
The owner put a lot of effort to make you feel at home in their house.
A magnificent up to date Tip Guide helps the guest to find the right place for you to spend your evenings.
A perfect service from start of booking till the end of a wonderful holiday.

The Murphy's townhouse is fully loaded with everything you need. It is comfortable, quiet, charming, clean and in a great location just across the street from the beach and a short (5 minute) walk to Sail Fish Marina which has wonderful food, fabulous sunset views, and live music.
I highly recommend it!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Edwards Lane. The location is perfect for relaxing walks wonderful beach and Sail Fish Marina nearby . Nice people around and enough stores for any needs. The house is perfect, nice furniture and equipped with all appliances and the whole house is extremely easy to keep . The inbuilt bathroom in both bedrooms gave us all the necessary privacy . We were a group of 4, two couples, so this made everything work perfectly. The extra bathroom on the first floor was also an added comfort for us all. Lots to see in the area. Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Mac arthur park ; all just minutes away. We also took longer tours down south from Palm beach on the S. Ocean Boulevard on the a1 down to Boca Raton; fantastic drive through the various locations. Got to see the everglades and the keys on other excursion and we were in Miami a couple of times.
Thank you Joyce Murphy for your attention in making our stay something to look forward to again in that exact same place.

My husband and I stayed at this townhouse with our 2 boys ages 4 and 2 (at the time). It was a great location - right across from the beach and very quiet and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. It was great having our own kitchen since our one son has food allergies. We would definitely stay here again.

I did travel alone to Florida, however, friends from the Tampa area came over to Palm Beach Shores and immediately felt at home because you definitely had lots of room and many, many homey touches. Walk to the beach, drive minutes to restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen so you can cook in if you like.

The accomodations were perfect and comfortable. Nice kitchen, relaxing patio and private patio, all the amenities of home! A very short walk to the beach and close to groceries, restaurants, and activities. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!

My colleagues and I felt at home in this 2br condo across from a beautiful beach on Singer Island. Plenty of sheets, towels, dishes, cookware and all of good quality. The unit has a very spacious downstairs and the two upstairs bedrooms are large with an in-suite bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with the beach just steps away. It was so fabulous to walk down with my morning coffee or come home after our long day in classes and take a walk. The landlord is exceedingly easy to work with. Everything went so smoothly!

Writing a review for this property is a pleasure. Our stay at this wonderfully spacious "home away from home" was incredible! A short walk to one of the most quiet, unpopulated, beautiful crystal water white sand beaches was just what we wanted. Plenty of close-in free parking, located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. This property has such comfortable beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a full washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and was even more fantastic than we anticipated. This 2-story townhome was fully stocked with everything you would need, from a pair of scissors to beach towels and chairs, to a cooler. The price is more than right, the location is fabulous, and the owner is super sweet and great with communication! We will be back..we loved it!! I highly recommend this property!

We were pleasantly surprised with this 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath town home just steps from the beach in Palm Beach Shores. We were traveling with a 3 and 5 year old. This property was perfect for our family. The rooms were large and well appointed with comfortable beds and luxury linens. The rental came furnished with beach chairs and towels. I loved that it had a washer and dryer. I loved the open floor plan on the first floor. The best part was the amazing beach acroos the street. Palm Beach Shores Beach is one of the best beaches I have seen in the country. It was very clean and the water was crystal clear. The island has a beautiful walking path that runs along the water. Secluded patio out back for sun bathing while the kids napped. Private parking as well. Overall great trip and will definately return to this property next year!!
