This house is located in Tumba. Just a 2 minute drive to The High Rise Hotels, Restaurants, supermarkets, Banks, Casino's, shopping malls, Tierra del Sol Golf Court, Aruba's beautiful beaches like Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina where snorkeling is amazing! And a 5 minute drive to Oranjestad.
This house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, diningroom, fully equipped kitchen, covered porch at the back of the house and all bedrooms consists of an AC.
The property is fully walled so you will have lofs of privacy.
Parking space available.
