One week rental minimum throughout the year, with exception of Jan, Feb & March - 1 month minimum stay. No pets or smoking allowed. We do not charge an additional amenities/booking fee of 4.95% as charged at the Cinnamon Beach units managed by Vacation Rental Pros. This is in their fine print. Ours is owner managed so we have no additional fees.

After renting for four winters at Canopy Walk...two seasons in unit #844 and two in neighboring units...I can honestly state that this luxury condo far out-shined the others. Both years we were greeted with lovely gift baskets filled with a variety of edible goodies and the bathrooms were nicely appointed with useful toiletries. We found the unit immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was organized and well equipped for cooking. There are three Tv's, an up to date video player and two bicycles available for exploring the miles of biking trails. Being on the top floor, this unit has
perhaps the best inter coastal view of the entire complex. If you are lucky

My husband and I spent the month of November, 2011 in this condo. It is immaculately kept, beautifully furnished, and we felt like it was a second home. Christine has paid attention to every detail in both furnishing the condo as well as leaving information for the renter regarding restaurants, shopping, boating and golfing info, etc. We had lovely weather the entire month and hated to leave. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching many sail and power boats pass through the Intercoastal Waterway from as far away as Toronto, Canada traveling south for the winter. We estimate we saw 600 to 700 boats during our stay from super yachts to smaller sailboats. Christine was excellent to deal with, very communicative both before and during our stay. Any questions were answered in a matter of hours. We look forward to renting here again!

We loved staying in this top floor, 3 br condo in Canopy Walk. The vaulted ceilings made the place feel even bigger. We enjoyed breakfast each morning on the patio overlooking the intracoastal. The pool was a blast for our kids and included a waterplay structure. Chris thought of everything, including the little things like having shampoo and bikes to use. Would definitely rent again!

We decided at the last moment to have a Christmas vacation and we've always loved the Palm Coast area. Contacted owners who were able to accomodate for a week beginning Dec. 26. The condo was beautiful both in maintenance and decor. View of the Intracoastal was as advertised and Flagler Beach was only minutes away. Spent our days either walking the miles of walkways around Canopy Walk or visiting the beach or surrounding state and national parks. Would definitely return and the owners were the epitome of graciousness

Very spacious/beautifully decorated/ awesome view...wonderful gated community, quiet and serene yet conveniently located close to main roads, restaurants/shops and most inportant; the beach. All basic items such as paper goods, laundry supplies, food wraps ,etc. were provided including baskets of soap/lotions in each bathroom; what a nice touch! Just bring your toothbrush and clothes, close by is a Publix Market for purchasing your food items. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommed it to family, friends and anyone else looking for accommodations in this area.

We had a brillant time and this condo was great. The photos are exactly as it was. Clean, comfortable and spacious.
Very accessable to anywhere in Palm Coast and the beach is only 5 minutes away.
We loved it and if we ever get a chance to return we will rent this condo for sure.

we found the condo to be very well equipped and lovely with comfortable furniture .It accommodated 6 to 8 people easily. A big plus was the view of the intracoastal waterway from our windows. and screened in balcony.The community also provided swimming pool and play area for the children. "would rent this condo again'

The owner made it very easy to check in. They had a great book with lots of suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing activities. I loved to watch the boats go by & ride bikes on path along the water. Great pool & jacuzzi. We rode our bikes over the bridge to the beach - Great fun! Clean spacious & cute. Would come back & recommend.
