Gainesville, FLNice condo
Left on 09/07/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Nice basic condo. The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable to us, and a few things could use some attention (poor lighting, knobs falling off dressers, etc.), but other than that it was a nice unit. Huge balcony for kids to play on, fabulous views, very clean, easy beach access.

Blacklick, OHRoom for Improvement
Left on 08/07/2012 for a stay in July 2012
I loved the property was located on the beach. I also enjoyed the workout facility, pool, game room and grill. In terms of the condo I felt it was lacking in areas that should have been basics for the cost of the rental. When we walked in the floor mat had sand on it. There was minimal light in the master bedroom due to only having one dim lamp. The shower in the master had mold on the calking and some in the shower head. The counter top in the master bathroom had grit on the surface. It would have been nice to have a laundry basket available when doing laundry. I also recommend you provide at least one bottle of cleaner so we can clean up any mess during our stay. And finally, I would suggest adding more towels, wash clothes and hand towels. We had to purchase more during our stay. Most of the items listed above I am not able to bring with me as my family travels by plane. The issues above would probably be a deal breaker for me when considering this property. In the future I will confirm with the property manager the condo has the basics before making my reservation.

Lexington, SCGreat Family Atmosphere
Left on 07/29/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We enjoyed our stay, and especially loved the time at the pools and on the beach. We had a few issues upon our arrival, but most issues were resolved by midday on the 2nd day.

Cumming, GALove the Complex but Unit #653 is lacking
Left on 07/09/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The area is wonderful! The unit is lacking in many areas - The main issue is that kitchen is not stocked well. The master bath having no mats was another issue.

Left on 07/02/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Condo was well located, very spacious and view was fabulous. Linens were skimpy and there was no broom.

Canton, GAGreat stay
Left on 06/12/2012 for a stay in June 2012
We will definately be back!!! Great condo, great location with beautiful views! Kitchen was limited on supplies (no baking/cookie sheets) and the beds were not the most comfortable (a combo of very cheap sheets and a plastic waterproof mattress cover), but other than that -- we had a great stay!

Wheaton, ILBeachside Fun
Left on 04/02/2012 for a stay in March 2012
The condo was clean but needed better lighting. The lamps were accent lamps and my eyes need more light. A second lamp bedside would help for reading. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was great.

San Fransico, FLFamily reunion
Left on 11/28/2011 for a stay in November 2011
We were attending a family reunion at Thanksgiving. We found the kitchen to be moderately well furnished and adequate for very basic food preperation but not suitable for cooking a complete meal (Thanksgiving or otherwise). Also, while the condo is identified as self catering we have never before been asked at the end of our stay to strip the beds, empty the trash, etc.

Lasalle, QCGreat Quiet Property
Left on 08/09/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Definitely a well designed, located and maintained condo. The balcony is quite large, perfect for a glass of wine along with a great view of the ocean ! Short walking distance from the beach. Great for family vacations, yet a quiet area. Great outdoors; well maintained and secure (gated area).

We were looking for a nice quiet, relaxing vacation and found it at Cinnamon Beach. Everything was great and it was one of the best family vacations ever. We will return!!!

Gainsville, FLA great family vaca spot!
Left on 06/27/2011 for a stay in June 2011
The area was extremely well maintained! Just driving into the resort area we were impressed by how beautifully manicured the grounds were. The cleaning crew was a few minutes behind when we arrived, but were super friendly and not a nuisance at all. The unit was well-equipped, clean, spacious, and had an unbeatable view. The only issue I had was I couldn't bring my drinks or food to the pool area, I had to buy them from the poolside grille if we wanted anything (though the prices aren't unreasonable.) And the pool is a little bit of a walk from the condo units, but it is a very nice area with a super-cool splash pad for kids, and overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family-friendly beach vacation spot. We will definitely be back again!

Blackshear, GeorgiaWonderful Ocean Front Unit
Left on 05/30/2011 for a stay in May 2011
We really enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach #653. The location of the unit could not be any better with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to get to the beach. The vertical blinds in the unit need to be repaired or replaced. And I think it would greatly improve the unit if all of the bed linens could be updated. They are very dated and worn out. Other than those two things, the unit was wonderful, and we would definitely consider staying there again next summer.

Kitchener, ONGreat Condo - Great Location - Great Vacation!
Left on 03/21/2011 for a stay in March 2011
We travelled to Palm Coast Florida for our March Break Vacation and could not have asked for a better experience. This was the second time staying at the Cinnamon Beach Condominium Complex and we will be back in the future. We have stayed in both an ocean front condo as well as a pond view condo. We loved both. The pond view allows for an evening with sunset views and dinner on the large patio. However, at our #653 condo, we had an ocean view and the beautiful sound of the lapping waves 24 hours a day with a stunning view of the sunrise. You really cannot go wrong. We spent the 1st part of our days on the beautiful beach and then finished up at 1 of the 2 pools offered in this gorgeous gated community. The amenities were endless and it was nice to have the option of purchasing drinks and snacks around the pool. Whether it was shopping or enjoying restaurants in St. Augustine or visiting the upbeat beach of Daytona the options are excellent and provide vacationers with endless possibilities only 30 minutes away. With numerous golf courses, this place is great for golf enthusiasts. Take advantage of the discounts VRP have on the superb local golf courses. Great for couples looking to relax, families with kids or anyone looking to get away and feel safe and comfortable doing so. We Will be back!

West Milford, New JerseyBeauty in a very peaceful area of Florida
Left on 02/28/2011 for a stay in February 2011
This was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. This area of Florida is still quiet and peaceful. There was little traffic and the condo is tucked away from even what little traffic there is in the area. The condo itself was beautiful with plenty of 'extras' to make us feel quite pampered. We would definately rent here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

Gainesville, FLBeautiful location
Left on 10/17/2010 for a stay in October 2010
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect condo for families. We loved having a condo with a view of the ocean, well worth the extra money. We ate every meal out on the balcony enjoying the amazing view. Several handles on the dressers had fallen off, that was the only reason for less than 5 stars on the property's condition.

St. Petersburg, FLGreat Relaxing Stay
Left on 09/03/2010 for a stay in August 2010
Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock was great place to stay. First of all the location was great! I would recommend staying at an ocean front condo, which is what we did. It was worth the extra money as the ocean was visible from the living room and the bedroom. It was a great break from the hussle and bussle of Orlando, but plenty to do nearby or just staying on the property with the great pools, work-out room and game rooms and of course the ocean. Highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a great get-away for a good price.

Knoxville, TNLeft on 07/07/2009 for a stay in June 2009
Our stay at Cinnamon Beach was wonderful. While the complex appears to be very large, it was quiet and private, and the beach was never crowded. The only small disappointment was that the adults only pool at the resort had children in it every day, including diaper babies. The presence of the children would not have mattered had we not been expecting an adults only pool. Perhaps management could enforce the rules or not advertise an 18 and above pool. We loved the area, the condo, the beach, and the lush surroundings. We want to come back.

Oakdale, ConnecticutAnother great family vacation at Cinnamon Beach!
Left on 04/20/2009 for a stay in April 2009
The oceanfront condo was just wonderful! Extremely clean and had a view of the beach and ocean that was just fantastic. Pool and clubhouse have been very well maintained in the year since we last visited. Recommend recycling bins be introduced by the garbage cans. I hated throwing away all the plastics, glass, and paper. Will definitely consider returning for a third year in a row.

We have 4 children and 9 grandchildren living in the Jacksonville area and it's always hard to find time to spend with each family so we rented a condo with 3 bedrooms and they all took turns spending time with us. It was a great visit and we enjoyed the pools and the beach.

Acworth, GAWhat a find!
Left on 04/11/2008 for a stay in April 2008
We loved the condo at Cinnamon Beach. No photo could do it justice. My husband and I were both surprised at the view when we first opened the door. The heated pool was a great alternative for the kids when the ocean tide was high. Next time we will plan to eat in more, since there is a $2 toll to cross the bridge to the rental property. That was the only downside.
