  Being Catholic and this being Lent for me this was like my own 30 retreat experience! I have to say the welcoming every time we came through the gate was outstanding. Kudos to them! What a great location. Easy to get to Flagler and the great church of Santa Mariia del Mar. Fr. Al is awesome.

  Overall it was a beautiful condo that is after we finally found the building. Arrived late and couldn't see all the addresses and the guard was no help had no clue, they should have a little more training on the layout of the building. Bldg 900 address is hidden by palm trees. Only suggestion is to have decorative address signs in front of the buildings in the garden areas. Condo was super clean and had a beautiful ocean view, I would recommend building 9 for the view. Beach was very clean but not the best to walk on in bare feet lots of shells. When advertising units people should also be made aware of the toll bridge that you need to cross to get to the condo's everytime you leave, we found out after booking.

  management co. all great except the continuous marketing to sell properties, even attached to my reservation receipt - 29 pages that I printed out before I realized it - full color! could have used a "how to use the TV/DVD" 3 remotes-ugh! Overall was great, general condition a 4 due to curtains falling off in two rooms, rip in mst comforter, living room furniture showing sign wear, bamboo doesn't hold up well, I guess - but I would stay on floor 3 or above if you want full ocean view

  The facility was well maintained and decorated. We enjoyed out time there; however, we were a displeased with two issues. One involved a very rude gate keeper. The next issue involved a snake next door to the clubhouse that no one seemed very concerned about. That was pretty frightening. Finally, the clubhouse manager called some maintenance people to check it out.

  I love having two pools and having food and drink service right at the pool. It's great that the kids can have some lunch without having to get out of their swimsuits and go back to the condo. The beach is really nice, clean, not crowded, and a nice family place.

  I've had a lot of vacations in my day and this has to rate right up there with the best of them. I can't think of anything more a vacation site could have been. Great location, activities, price, everything. It's just close enough to Daytona and Jacksonville to get there within an hour but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. I will go back.

  Had a greatvtime at cinnamon beach; condo was larger than we expected it to be.. Great view and we enjoyed the beach. I got to see my son catch his first fish (blue runner). The community of cinnamon. Beach was quaint and a hidden gem. Loved the homes around the condos; reminded me of Seaside, Florida. Would gladly stay there again!!!

  I enjoyed the property,everything was very convenient. The other guests/residents were friendly and sociable. The Ocean Hammock golf course was worth the price, even though the staff were snooty and aloof. Would consider the property again, and will be returning to FL in the fall for two weeks.

  Our two families take turns every year planning our summer vacation. This year was our turn. After much searching I found Vacation Rental Pros & conviently booked our vacation in Palm Coast at Cinnimon Beach Resort. Both our families were so impressed with the accommodations, the beach, and the easy walk to the pools as well as the gym. We felt so at home in our condo with plenty of room for our two families to share. The only thing that could have made this a more enjoyable trip would have been if we all could have spent longer than a week together. I feel very confident that this is where our two families will vacation for years to come.

  Dear Vacation Rental Pros,
  Please check the directions you emailed ahead of time. There were two frustrating errors. One says that the gate is the third right on the property (it is the second) and the other says that the Super Walmart is a little more than 2 miles from the highway (it is a little more than two blocks). You may also want to indicate the name of that intersection since the Steak and Shake is visible from the road but not the Super Wal-Mart.
  As for the property, we loved this unit and would like to return! We do recommend a new dishwasher (the one there has a faulty soap dispenser and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when we arrived). There are also significant stains on the carpet in the dining room area that appear to be from guests who came in with wet sandy feet.
  This place is definitely on our radar for next spring break and we would love to know that these maintenance issues (at least the dishwasher) were resolved. Gorgeous unit!
