  Our family loves this quiet beach and elegant beachfront resort. Long walks on the cinnamon- colored beach, shelling, amazing birding, two pools. Plenty of safe streets or sidewalks to walk or bike within the resort. This condo is very spacious, with one bedroom on its own hall, which our teenager loved. Master suite is huge. We enjoyed the light-filled corner condo, and constant sound of surf and views of the ocean. Lovely stars and moonlight while we were there last week. Lovebugs came and went, and were not a big problem. We are all ready for a return visit, even though our favorite deli in Palm Coast, Strathmore's, has closed in past year. If you are going for a week, look into buying the pre-paid Toll Bridge pass. With the minimum of $20, you get 23 crossings, instead of the 10, paying each time. Pass does not expire as long as used once a year.

  The Smith girls (mother, daughter, daughter-in-laws, grandaughters) along with 2 of the youngest boys all stayed together at beach and had a wonderful, relaxing time! Our room itself wasn't that clean but that was cleaning people and not owners fault. We still had a great time and would love to come back with entire family & in-laws and gladly reccommend this place to friends!

  When we arrived our unit was not ready. There was wash in the washer and wash in the dryer. The unit had not been vacuumed or floors mopped. Did not expect to do housework on vacation. In addition, we had to haul everything up 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. Other than those items our vacation was great.

  Overall, very lovely spot-enjoyed the view. The living furniture and carpeting was very dirty! Also, read reviews on this unit from previous people who stayed and their recommendation were still not done-ex: cutting board in kitchen (very small problem to fix), additional drawer space in master bedrooms-other bedrooms had more drawer space than the master, poor quality washcloths and dishtowels-my comment-very small problems to fix but not done. Would not stay in a unit that has such a dirty carpet and furniture-was embaressed for guests to see it. View was spectacular and made up for some of the small problems. Would recommend the property but not that condo.

  This was our 3rd stay in 3 years. Both other times we had a different condo. Still the place is great. Gated community. Great view of hte ocean. 645 is a nice condo. Carpet in living room was stained pretty bad from someone previous. The master bed also was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Other than those little things, would recommend the condos to anyone.

  Condo was nice and well stocked with utensils, plate, dishes, etc. Could use a cookie and/or pizza sheet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 matresses are firm.   The condo at Cinnamon Beach was awesome, we loved it. It was very clean and Comfortable. We had lots of room so we did not feel crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and whatever you would need to cook with. The location was perfect, it was away from all the hussle, but yet close enough if you needed to make a store run. The grounds and area was very clean and beautiful. The best part was waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and enjoying a cup of coffee from your own balcony. I highly recommend this as a vacation spot to anyone. We will stay again.

  I have never placed a review on anything before, but I hope I can help others to have the vacation of their dreams just as my family just did by writing this review. I cannot list all the places we have stayed over the years trying to get that oceanfront vacation experience, only to be disappointed everytime. That wasn't the case this time!!! Everything was so perfect, We were looking right down on the beach from our private balcony (if you had the sliding glass door open you couldn't hear the tv over the waves, it is that close to the beach!). We are a family of 6 and never felt cramped or crowded ever, the condo is huge and very exquisite, you will feel like your staying in Donald Trumps beach house.

  We had the most beautiful view that you could ask for! The property could use a little spring cleaning. We had a problem with the coffee pot and I called to report it and within 10 minutes they brought us a brand new one still in the box! The condo has lots of towels and even beach towels. They had sand toys, boogie board, and beach chairs in the laundry closet. This was a great place and I would definately stay there again!

  We were very happy with our condo at Cinnamon Beach. There were no crowds, no noise and no traffic that you would find at other Spring Break locations. We had a wonderful time. Our 2 daughters loved the lake side swimming pool with the kids play area. The condo was huge and we all had room to move around and not be under each other all of the time. The kitchen was also great, we usually ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and went out to dinner. Everything we needed to cook was there. This was a very enjoyable vacation and we can't wait to go back.

  My vacation stay was with 4 grandchildren (ages 6 months to 14 years), my son and his wife and me. There was ample room and things to do to keep the children happy and Grandma enjoying their company. We are Floridains and we are very familiar with all the beaches that Florida has to offer.
