  We had a great time. Complex is great with a great pool for the family and the beach was beautiful. Condo is very large and fully equipped. We have 2 young kids (2 and 4) and they had a great time. Only negative like some others have stated is that some kitchen equipment pans and knives are little used or cheap and would need replacement but we will be back.

  Our family had a wonderful vacation at Cinnamon Beach! The condo we stayed in (#1061) was big, clean, very comfortable and of course relaxing. We had six people that stayed all week. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The beach was absolutely beautiful (orange sand and different colors of blue water) and sunshine all week. There are natural reef rocks at this location in the ocean, so you had to watch your step and be careful you did not trip on any. The fireworks on the 4th at Ocean Hammock were good too, watched them beach side. We found the location to be very convenient for day trips to St. Augustine, Flagler and Daytona Beach. The local restaurants were very friendly with good food. The only complaint and downside I have is regarding our stay is the beach side pool, also known as the "Quiet Pool." There are way too many no rules that prohibit you from wanting to even go to this pool! Watch out for the Pool-ice! (They have no problem telling you their "no" Rules: no loud talking, no splashing, no water games, no laughing or disturbing those who are reading, no coolers, no this, no that, etc.) In addition to the no having fun rules, the maintenance guy, Dave Wilkinson, was extremely rude and confrontational to everyone! Enough said about this specific pool and management. Word of advise, go to the kiddie pool, even if you are a teenager or adult. It's not worth the hassle at the Quiet Pool. Other than the daily pool run-ins, we had a great time!

  Our family enjoyed our time there immensely! The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom should be replaced, as well as the bed linens. But overall it was a very nice place and I would consider this vacation spot again at some point.

  4th year we have stayed and once again a great time- the condo layouts are great-we know that maintenance happens but all the noise from cutting cement to repair sidewalks was unwanted. love having the grill open at pool. each building still needs a shopping type cart for groceries/etc-justin was great helping with mailbox issue we had- will return in 2012

  We stayed here for the second time. We love the unit, and the property overall is top notch. We will rent again! The only suggestions I have is that the towels in the unit are very rough and worn and could really be replaced. It is hard to come out of the shower after a day in the sun, to those very old rough towels. Also the kitchen could use a few more utensils that are more sturdy and not really plastic and flimsy. Also a couple of new skillets in the kitchen, the current nonstick are peeling.

  It was a lovely condo. Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen needs a new can opener as the one there does not work well. The kitchen was a little scimpy on some items--ie no hand mixer, very few serving dishes. We were there during Thanksgiving so we did alot of cooking--maybe this wouldn't be a problem for most people. We had a great time!!!

  We had a great time in our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2400 square foot penthouse condo. Cinnamon Beach is a great beach location and the condo complex has 2 fabulous pools for the kids. The seabreeze keeps things cool even in august where the temperatures are typicall in the mid 90's. Trust me you'll love a family vacation at Cinnamon beach if you're looking to have a relaxing time to just read a book, linger at the beach, go to the pool with the super kiddie slide and water feature. We had a blast!! Fly a kite for us when you go and don't miss a side trip to St. Augustine or perhaps a round of golf (very reasonable courses) nearby and loads of fishing spot if that is your way to relax, we did it all. Have fun.

  We were extremely happy with our stay. The property is gorgeous and the family had a wonderful relaxing time.We loved our unit, and hope to return next spring break. We have already recommended the property to several friends that want to go, by seeing our pictures.   Cinnamon Beach is beautiful and very private. Our penthouse condo on the 6th floor offered beautiful scenic views and it was furnished tastefully. All the bedrooms were spacious and allowed for separateness as well as togetherness for 3 families to get together. We experienced a problem with our refrigerator on Thanksgiving day and the management quickly relocated us to a another penthouse condo to save our Thanksgiving meal. The only thing I would change is the hours of the pool/jacuzzi which closes at 6 pm. I suggest making the pool/jacuzzi accessible to guests up until 10 pm (which is standard for good hotels/gyms/etc.) Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about our accomodations. We will definitely consider having another family reunion there in the future.

  We loved our stay. Everything was great except...one of the sinks in the master bathroom was stopped up. The sofa bed was really hard to pull out and i think it might be broken. Everything else was great! The people was really nice to us and very helpful. Things were a little spaced out on the property but we delt with that to.

  We had a great time during the stay. The only problem was with some of the other guests who found it necessary to throw food off their balcony to feed the fish. This type of behavior was not welcome and gave an impression of 2nd rate accommodations.

  We enjoyed our stay very much and thought it was a perfect location for this trips needs (with family and children) but would stay elseware closer to restaurants/stores if it was just the two of us. The only negative would be that the unit we stayed in was badly in need of a interior paint job and and minor drywall repair and under the beds had not been cleaned in a while.

  8 golfing buddies shared this condo and an adjacent one in the last week of October. We chose this area because of the number and quality of good golf courses. Although the weather was unseasonably cool it was sunny everyday ideal for golf. The accommodations were more than adequate.

  We found the rental by searching the web.The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated.There were 5 fo us and our dog,we had 3bedrooms,3baths,great gourmet kitchen,balcony etc.The only down side is that we were there in early May so that some of the community ammenities were not open,such as the pool/game room with TV,poolside snack bar,poolside restaurant. However both pools were open and so was the exercise room. My 3 kids 19-25 would have enjoyed the other things
  without having to drive anywhere. There were several rainy days so we went to St augustine and the outlets, it was sunny there.The rental arrangements were very easy to make and everyone I spoke with was very helpful and accomodating. I would not hesitate to go back to this location or try another VRP property, but possibly a different time frame.
