We had no trash bags, only 3 dishwashing tablets, all the dishes were dirty and had dead bugs in them, the master bath had mold in the shower that I cleaned out, some of the furniture needs to be replaced because you sink to the bottom and can't get out, the blinds kept falling off one at a time, and the condo could use a paint job as well. I don't agree with the $150 cleaning fee when we had to come in and clean alot of the stuff in the beginning and cleaned at the end by doing laundry and stripping beds and taking all the trash out. I feel the fee is to high for what we have to help do at the end and in this case at the beginning. The last condo we stayed at their we did not have to do any of that when we arrived and the furniture and overall the condo was in excellent condition. I probably would not stay in this 842 again unless things change. For the price we pay fo a week they could at least spruce up the place with paint, new blinds and furniture that does not sink to the floor.

Beautiful condo! Loved the view! It was very spacious and well equipped! The springs in the chair by the sliding glass door in the living area were broken but we worked around it and learned "how" to sit down in it. Really enjoyed our stay!!

It would have been perfect except for Tropical Storm Debby, rained 4 days. I must tell you the chair in the living room has a spring missing and you couldn't really sit in it unless you want sit crooked But other than that everything was great. Would definitely like to return

The condo was beautiful and met my expectation based on the pictures on the website. This condo is close to the pool and beach access. Nice gated community for a relaxing vacation. I would recommend this condo and location for your next vacation! Enjoy.

Palm Coast is a winner and Cinnamon Beach too. So many bike trails we had to go and buy new bikes (ours were old...just like we're getting to be). Fantastic places to ride, walk and well the beach is just awesome. Staff at Hammocks/Cinnamon Beach friendly, attentive and professional. Grab your towels, your kayak or canoe, tennis shoes and bike and have some fun!!!

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. The view is fabulous, the property is beautiful, the people are friendly and helpful and if you want a change of pace, St. Augustine and Daytona are short drives away.

Love the condo, very nice furniture and kitchen, view is amazing. The beach is just a few steps away and beautiful. Great for peace and quiet. Only (1) tiny problem, the sliding doors upstairs never stopped and we could hear them all night long. Other than that, everything was great!!!

This was our second trip to Cinnamon Beach, first time at 842. Once again, we loved Cinnamon Beach and the area. We are a family of 3, including a 5 year old. We are already talking about our return trip next year.

Everything about the condo was great. The weather was absolutely perfect! Only one complaint...the carpet (especially near the entrance and by the kitchen) really needs to be cleaned. Quite a few stains (obvious since the carpet is light in color). I suggest a few minor cleaning issues be taken care of before new guests arrive (e.g., wash bathroom rugs; outdoor table had a few food globs on edges; kitchen pantry's garbage can smelled a little even with the lid closed). All in all we had a great week. And would likely return.

My family is hard to please which makes it hard to be their planner. Cinnamon Beach had a perfect pool for the kids and a pool for those wanting quiet. The beach is both relaxing and fun and the condo was perfect (4th floor is not too high and has an unobstructed view). If planning your families' vacation is a hassle, you can relax once you choose Cinnamon Beach.

We absolutley loved the luxerious condo, it was exceptonaly clean and fully stocked, as well as the perfect location along the beach, we enjoyed our family vacation there, wish we could have stayed longer, but was a little steep in price after all the fees and stuff. Not complainig, it was the best family vacation ever

One in your life you do not count the breaths that you take but what takes your breath way. Cinnamon beach did that and more. I do not know where to start. Was it the condo or was it the ocean or both? The condo was magnificent. Well Layed out and everything one could dream of. The kitchen was well Equipt. The sofas and beds very comfortable. To be able to phone family in Canada and us free priceless. To sit on the balcony and watch the dolphin swim by. To walk the beach and look for shells and watch the tide come and go. The condo was spotless the only thing that needed to be done was the carpet cleaned. The staff did everything possible to make sure we were Comfortale and happy. It was a dream come true thanks to them.We would recommend the company to everyone.
We spent a week in this lovely condo during September 2009. Our unit was spacious (10 foot ceilings), very clean, and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the extra large balcony. This was the nicest condo we have stayed in during our annual week-long visit to a Florida beach. The Hammock Beach area is private and peaceful (particularly in the off season). We were, however, disappointed that the beach was difficult to walk on due to the soft sand.
Had a great time enjoyed all. Grandkids loved the pools. Want to go back next year. Only thing hand soap was watered down. We knew we had to carry our on supplies so we had some for each bath and kitchen. But we all thought you can buy hand soap for a $1.00 at dollar tree.

we loved our stay. the condo was very well appointed, very clean and had a great view. Probably the only thing that I wish it was a little closer to a lot of restaurants. Would stay there again without hesitation.

What a wonderful family vacation! This unit was very comfortable for our family of 5. The kids especially loved having a bubble bath in the masterbath "pool". The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation very easy (although could use an upgrade on the pots/pans/skillets). All beds were extremely comfortable and many of us fell fast sleep on the sofa. I would absolutely recommend this unit for a family with small childen - all furniture is kid friendly. The complex was great as well - especially the graduated entry pool. If visiting I highly recommend touring St. Augustine and we had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at Jt's Seafood Shack.

Great Place. Word of Caution to all the golfers. Make sure you find out the dates for course closure. We arrived to find out our beach/golf vacation had just turned into beach only. They closed the area courses for spring tune up and we were only able to view the golf courses and not play on them.
Everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach - it was a breathtaking view from our condo and being on the beach was just beautiful. We would stay there again without a doubt. It is a very luxurious place; we felt very relaxed, safe and comfortable. It was our first family vacation and certainly won't be our last - you made it very memorable.
