Treat yourself to luxurious accommodations right on Cinnamon Beach!<br/>Our condo easily sleeps 8, between 3 big bedrooms and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. And that's good, because once your friends hear that you're visiting Palm Coast and staying at Ocean Hammock, you may just have some drop-ins! After all, where else gives you access to multiple swimming pools, a spa, a kids' water splash playground, a clubhouse with gameroom, fitness ce...nter, and café, not to mention tennis and other sports facilities?! And all of that is in addition to the lovely apricot-colored sands of private, unspoiled Cinnamon Beach, just yards from your door!<br/>Walk into our condo and chances are you'll walk right out again . . . onto the oceanfront balcony, that is! A spacious covered area with an elegant ironwork table and chairs for 6, this balcony is destined to be your go-to spot at all hours of the day. It's open on 3 sides, so you not only have more view, you also get cross-currents of zesty salt breezes! Wake up to the last streaks of dawn on the horizon, and pelicans gliding past. Observe pros and duffers alike negotiating the greens. And count the stars as the sky darkens and another balmy Florida night arrives.<br/>Luckily, when it's time to go indoors, you don't have to leave the view behind. The sliding glass doors out to the balcony occupy almost one entire wall of the living area, and the design in the condo is open-plan, so you can see out even from the dining room table and kitchen. You never forget you're perched on the shore of paradise here at Cinnamon Beach 342!<br/>Enjoy a movie or ball game on the HDTV in our living room. It has cable and a DVD player, and you'll find the couches and air-conditioned serenity of this room very comfortable. Plan to nap at least one afternoon away in here, frosty drink at your side! What else is a vacation for?!<br/>The dining area is just beyond the living room, complete with a wine cooler to quickly chill all the great bottles you pick up in town. Now, you may have already decided that you're going to eat every meal out on the balcony. It's irresistible! So use the table for those big games of Pictionary and Jenga that everyone loves, or set up your laptop here. (You have free WiFi at Cinnamon Beach 342.) The light is good and the view even better!<br/>You'll enjoy the new appliances and sparkling appointments of the kitchen at our condo. Even if you have no intention of lifting a spatula while on vacation, the side-by-side is good for keeping the drinks coming (ice and water are in the door), the microwave does a banner job of reheating restaurant leftovers, and the coffee maker stands ready to get you going in the morning. Just in case you love to play around with cooking (it's so much more fun in somebody else's kitchen!), our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and utensils large and small. You could probably cook Thanksgiving dinner here with ease. Just add groceries!<br/>When it's time for bed, everyone is going to sleep like a top and wake up refreshed at Cinnamon Beach 342. We provide all the linens, plus plenty of spare blankets and pillows. (All the bathroom towel sets you need are here too, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer throughout your stay.) <br/>The master suite is palatial, with a king-sized bed, TV with DVD player, and access to the balcony. Leave the shutters open one night and let the dawn awaken you with its bold colors! The master bath is luxurious too, boasting a soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower.<br/>The second and third bedrooms share the second full bathroom with the living area. One room contains a queen-sized bed and TV, the other 2 twins.   Don't waste your time on this house

  Upon arriving, noticed immediately that downstairs aC was not working. It was a stifling 83 degrees on bottom floor. Refrigerator in kitchen was broken, so we were unable to buy groceries, as we had nowhere to put them. Ants were found in pantry and by sink in kitchen. A call was placed to rental pros, and they said they would have someone out to fix aC and refridgerator "as soon as possible." They would have someone out to handle the ants "the next day." Overall, house was not clean. Noticed about an inch of dust on baseboards in downstairs bedroom. Overall, I did not feel "clean" while in house. Master bathroom tub was filthy. Also found a 2 inch dead roach in master bedroom as well. I'm not sure where the 200 dollar cleaning fee goes, but I assure you, it is being pocketed because the house was not clean. Couches in middle floor not clean, as they had marking and dust on them. One of the bedrooms on top floor (two twin beds) had what appeared to be sunscrean on both bedspeads. After several phone calls to vacation pros and about 6 hours later, we were moved to two much nicer condos in cinnamon beach. Very disappointing that this happened, as our entire friday night was ruined by having to change locations becuase the house was unliveable. In short, I was disguisted with this house. It was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this rental to my worst enemy.

  Repeat wonderful vacation at Cinnamon Beach

  This is the second year we've stayed at Cinnamon Beach condos. This one was just a nice and comfortable as the last, same spectacular view of surrounding area from the private balcony. Condo is well appointed and clean, beds are comfortable. The only thing I would change would be a redo on the choice of cable packages. There are very few cable channels to choose from nights when you don't go out...some that we really missed. There's plenty to stay busy besides watch TV, something worth mentioning but would not prevent us from returning to visit! We love the family oriented environment at Ocean Hammock! We hope to return again next summer or before!

  Cinnamon beach

  Loved it, however it is a bit spread out. The particular unit we had was too far from the pool, it was a long walk with 2 small children! Overall we were very satisfied and will stay here again!
