Orlando, FloridaSo much potential, but missed the mark...
Left on 08/20/2012 for a stay in August 2012
This condo (located in Bldg. 9) could have been an above average rental for our party which consisted of 4 adults and 5 small children. It was spacious, bright, well-equipped and very near to the amenities offered by Hammock Beach resort (beach walk pool, restaurant, etc.). But we ended up not being able to use the 2nd bedroom due to a suffocating smell that nobody could identify. The only way to describe the odor is by saying we thought somebody shoved a tuna salad sandwich under the mattress! Management was initially quick to respond, but the person they sent could not figure out where the smell was coming from, so they just tried to spray down the room with air freshener, which did not work. We called back and e-mailed to get it resolved but to no avail. Nobody ever came back to help. Also when we arrived at 3:05p to check-in, the cleaning crew was also just showing up behind us to clean, so we were allowed in to the condo next door while they cleaned. Good customer service but with 5 kids a total hassle! I guess this is all a management issue, but still can't say this was even an average experience! We had a good time despite the issues, though. High marks for Cinnamon Beach. Great for small children. Great for families (drinks by the pool)! Not sure if we'd rent again from this company though!

A native of Florida and I had never been to this area. Beautiful!! We had a lovely time in this beautiful, clean condo. We woke every morning to an awesome sunrise and enjoyed the day at the beach and then at one of the two pools at the resort. We even managed to see a few dolphins and other wildlife. The condo has very comfy beds, bedding, towels, etc. Everything is up to date. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We cooked at the condo most of the time. There is a grocery store just down the street. We did eat out a few nights. The property management company was very accommodating if we had any questions. We are hoping to return.

Jacksonville, FLGreat Vacation for the family
Left on 07/03/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This unit was beautiful and clean. We has everything we needed and more. There were only two minor issues. The king sized sheets do not stay on the mattress as they are not the deep pocket sheets. Also, please put more towel hooks in the bathrooms. Overall, we were very pleased and will be back next year.

One minor suggestion: Make some arrangement for recycling cans, plastic bottles, newspaper etc. Also,it will help if trash room is close to elevator and has more than just 4-cans as it gets filled up and guests throw bags on floor ctc

We were very pleased with the quality of the neighborhood, building and especially the condo itself. The view was amazing and it felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space and very quiet. The pool and beach were great. We look forward to booking the same unit next summer!

This unit was wonderful. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom configuration was perfect for our family's stay. The 3rd floor location afforded great views of the ocean and beach. The owners of this unit took care to provide all amenities needed for our use during our stay, including small items like salt, pepper, coffee filters, a flashlight, and even a roll of scotch tape. It is obvious that they enjoy staying in their own unit as well.

Jackson, GAA wonderful vacation !

This is our third year visiting at Cinnamon Beach. Each time we have chosen a different unit and have never been disappointed. Unit 735 was excellent. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The cleaning crews have maintained everything in "tip top" condition. The only suggestions that I could make for this unit would be that the pantry door not be locked ( to store all the groceries in the kitchen cabinets was inconvenient for us). And, I would love to see the owners include a rocking chair. Our little one loves to be rocked. I would highly recommend this unit.

Moultrie, GA2009-Third Vacation at Cinnamon Beach Resort
Left on 08/15/2009 for a stay in July 2009
We had a wonderful time this year and the Condo was clean and spacious. I have 5 grandkids so I always look for a condo with 3 bedrooms and we also had a couch that pulled out into a bed, so we had plenty of beds. We like the location because it is more family oriented than some locations, it is quite and you hardly realize there is anyone else around. I love the kids pool area. The pool gradually goes down and if you have some kids that don't like the water to good then it is ideal. They also have a wonderful time in waterpark area. The only thing that we were disappointed about was that we could not take snacks or drinks to the pool area this year and the towels were not available and we were required to take a pass with us every day. Some times you just can't remember and if there is a person at the sign in table you have to go back and get it. I think as much as we have to pay for the Condo and all the extras for groceries it is to much to ask us to go and pay that high price for extra food. Other than that we had a wonderful time. You are half way between St. Augustine and Daytona and I just like the quite area. Also, there is a Publix that is not far from the Condo so that was real convenient. And also, we had everything that we would need in the kitchen. We brought a grill and waffle iron but everything is provided.

Glenville, NYNice Place to Stay
Left on 08/05/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The rental property we stayed was beautiful. It was almost too much space for the four of us that stayed there. It is a great place to stay for families. Very quiet and a great view of the ocean. The only downside was the natural reef along the beach. The only safe time to swim was near low tide which limited our time in the ocean. Most families utilized the pools but not being able to swim in the ocean whenever we wanted was a disapointment. It is a beautiful community and very secure. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

This is a wonderful condo with everything you could want from kitchen items to beautiful views.Teenage kids could go and come freely and I felt safe with that due to the gated community.Quite and very convienent to everything. We went to Marineland and a boat tour of Fort Manasas and had dinner in St. Augustine Beach. The beach was not packed with folks and very family oriented.Comfortable beds and shower and soaking tub was great!!! A most relaxing and wondferful vacation. We will be back and refer to others!!!

Lilburn, GATotally awesome condo - not so impressed with the pool cafes
Left on 08/15/2008 for a stay in July 2008
I was very impressed with the property and it was closer to the beach than the thought based on the pictures and descriptions. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cookware. It was nice to have a book with the local eateries, ect with notes from the owner. I was also impressed with the cleaning around the grounds.

Ocala, FLWhat a great week!
Left on 06/03/2008 for a stay in May 2008
This was our first vacation at Cinnamon Beach and we all agree that we will definitely be back! The condo was so nice and the pool and splash park were both great! Of course the private beach was nice as well! Our property manager gave us so much information that was so helpful and made our trip a true vacation, such as where to find groceries, good food, things to see in the area and contact info for all of them. We all had such a great time and are already planning our return!
