Our direct oceanfront, fifth-floor Cinnamon Beach condominium is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront apartment condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and provides nearby access to the intracoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the fifth floor, this single-level, center unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides almost 1,400 squar...e feet of beautifully furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a large-screen HDTV.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and NeoTV (Netflix, Hulu+, Pandora Radio, and more). The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed with from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, with a shared bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen-size bed and dresser. The other bedroom has a set of twin beds and dresser. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge thirty-foot oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

Palm Coast is a small community located thirty minutes south of St. Augustine and thirty minutes north of Daytona Beach, directly on the Atlantic Ocean.

Cinnamon Beach is located on Ocean Hammock, a secluded, private and gated community with miles of pristine oceanfront. Yet it's only ninety minutes to Orlando-area attractions, including Disney World, Sea World and International Drive.

Florida occupancy tax of 11% extra. There are no additional "amenity" fees, "damage waiver" fees or payment/booking fees: What you see is what you get.

Damage deposit will be returned within two weeks of leaving the unit, assuming no missing/damaged items or damage to the unit itself. Normal wear and tear is expected, of course, but please take care of our condominium as if it were your own.

  I loved this place! The entire complex is clean, pristine and well maintained. My favourite things were the natural and endless beach easily accessible for walking or lounging, the swimming pools and fitness centre, the natural areas and the convenient paved trails for walking and cycling. One of the best things was the very large private patio right off of the livingroom,overlooking the ocean where, if you get out of bed early enough, you can watch the sunrise. The unit is clean and bright and is very tastefully decorated. I love the location too; away from all the touristy stuff, yet close to shopping and to the Daytona or Orlando area if that's your cup of tea. St augustine is close by and is a great place for poking around the shops, checking out some the oldest architecture in the us and is one of the best places for interesting resaurants. I'll definitely be going back to this spot as soon as I can.
