Our luxurious condo is located on 53 acres of natural beauty, ideal for a dream vacation!<br/>Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the 3rd floor in a building. The Intracoastal Waterway is a just a minute's walk away as well, with numerous hiking and biking trails that crisscross the beautiful natural landscape of old-growth oak and cypress. <br/>Boasting every amenity from a pool and spa to basketball courts, a marina with boat docks, a kid's water park, a gym, and a... gameroom, Canopy Walk caters to every form of recreation your group could desire -- all in a setting that is nothing short of paradise!<br/>And in our condo at Canopy Walk 933, you have the perfect "launch pad" for all your vacation adventures. The balcony is the place you will fall in love with first, its ceiling fan keeping you cool and refreshed in warm weather, its comfy table and chairs offering a charming spot for early-morning coffee, al fresco meals, and evening chats. If you have a birdwatcher in the group, this is the place to stash the binoculars and the Peterson's Guide; you will see flocks of birds visit their favorite spots each day!<br/>Step inside from the balcony and you find yourself in a large, pleasant, cool-toned living area with a smooth tiled floor, seafoam-green couches, and a big HDTV with DVD player. The view in here is nearly as good as on the balcony, and there's room for the whole group to gather and enjoy some at-home time. Put on the big game, whip up a pitcher of frosty drinks, and enjoy a little downtime. Sometimes that winds up being the best part of the vacation!<br/>Just past the living area, our dining table sits beneath a handsome modern chandelier. With padded chairs and easy access to the kitchen, it's the ideal spot for a marathon game of cards, and also makes a good place to set up your laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Canopy Walk 933). Of course, you can also eat there, but the balcony tends to lure all diners! This table is a handy way for the group to split up between TV watchers and game players while still staying in the same area.<br/>You will enjoy the spotless cleanliness and convenience of our kitchen, whether you intend to cook in it or not. We've stocked it with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you could possibly need, as well as all major and minor appliances. So even if you're mainly reheating take-out and dishing up snacks and drinks, you'll appreciate the ease of having an icemaker, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher. And if you enjoy dining in, stock up on groceries and get ready to use our gleaming new appliances. <br/>One of the most important parts of any vacation is getting a good night's sleep, and you will find the bedrooms at Canopy Walk 933 restful, soothing, and ultra-comfortable. The master suite is luxurious, a huge room with a king-sized bed, 2 windows with lake views, and pleasant wicker accents. There is plenty of storage space here, and a desk for your laptop. <br/>The en suite master bath is lovely as well, with a walk-in shower and plenty of space. (Another full bathroom is convenient to the other bedrooms, as well as to the living and dining area.) At Canopy Walk 933, you'll find all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets you need waiting for you, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer to keep them fresh. Pack light -- everything's on hand here!<br/>The second bedroom contains a comfy queen-sized bed, soft carpeting, and pleasant window view, and the third offers 2 twins and an oversized window.   Had a very relaxing vacation. The room was very nice. If I could change one thing about the room, it would be the master bedroom. The bed needs to be updated and the room could use a TV. It would not deter me from staying again though. I loved the view and the overall room was exceptional.

  Only thing that i was not happy is not having access to the garage because my motorcycle, and i was there for bike week and i was told not to keep outside on parking spot,i had to keep someplace else and that was not right!

  Vacation At Canopy Walk

  Canopy Walk is a great place for your is well located for access to the beach and the local shopping facilities. The balcony overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway. We enjoyed watching all types of craft sailing past. There was lots of bird life to see. The St. Joe's path runs along the bank and we walked there every day, enjoying greeting other walkers, seeing the bald-headed eagle, cardinals and the red-headed woodpecker, amongst others.

  Generally this unit was adequate for our vacation needs. This unit did not provide phone or internet services. The unit is showing signs of wear and tear, holes in the walls, doors do not close properly, appliances do not perform well or are broken.

  Words cannot express the professionalism of Vacation Rental Pros. It was our first time to Florida and we had no experience with renting a condo.   The one thing we didn't like was the condo was very dark and got no sun light and for that I don't think I would recommend it. Also we had a phone call to our home number in Canada regarding the check out while we were still at the condo.

  Lovely gated condo, pool, exercise room and walking trail on Icww. Condo nicely furnished with all needs. Garage needs a battery as we could not get it to open but we prefered to park close to the unit so it was not a problem for us.
