From the balcony of our newly remodeled 5th-floor condo at 1053 Cinnamon Beach, you can see longneck turtles, pelicans, and even otter in the lake. The site of spectacular sunsets, it's just one of the many perks you'll love in your Palm Coast getaway!

Comfortably sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms - each with its own 55" HDTV and DVD player - 1053 Cinnamon Beach is located in the exclusive Ocean Hammock resort, with every amenity you could desire. Just yards from your door, a boardwalk leads down to private, unspoiled Cinnamon Beach. The clubhouse is also nearby, with gym, game rooms, and a café. Three swimming pools sparkle here..., including one that is oceanfront and another that is zero entry. Tennis courts, walking trails, a Jacuzzi, and even a children's water-splash playground all await you. And the entire resort is built around the famous Ocean Hammock Golf Course.

The facilities at the resort are fabulous, but the comforts of your home-away-from-home are even better! Prepare to fall in love with our lakefront balcony, covered against the midday sun yet breezy and light. We've recently added seating for 6 here, so the whole group can enjoy an al fresco meal while watching the sun descend over Ocean Hammock Lake. Magnificent!

Nearly one entire wall of the living room at 1053 Cinnamon Beach is sliding glass doors, so even when you aren't on the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the lake and that vast blue sky. In fact, the open-plan design of the condo enables you to have a view even from the kitchen!

You'll want to spend a little time in the living room, too. We've just installed a new system: a 55-inch smart HDTV with DVD player connected to the Internet by WiFi, so that you can access your Netflix account to stream movies. A high-speed wireless router in the entertainment center ensures that you can work on your laptop, update your social media, or watch games and shows on your I-Pad anytime. The signal works great out on the balcony, too!

Consider the dining room not only a great place to enjoy a meal with the whole group (our new table seats 8 in comfy padded chairs), but also a good game center and card table. Set beneath a warm light and convenient to the kitchen (for snacks and drinks!), it's a nice space.

The kitchen at 1053 Cinnamon Beach is state of the art, with granite counters, a side-by-side with ice and water in the door, and a smoothtop range. The wooden cabinets are filled with dishes, glasses, cooking equipment, and gadgets, and the counter holds time-saving appliances such as a coffeemaker and blender.

From the openness of the living and dining area you enter the privacy and quieter tone of the bedrooms and baths. We consider getting a good night's sleep one of the most important parts of any vacation, and no matter which bedroom you choose, you'll find comfort and relaxation awaiting you. We provide all linens and towels for every bed and bath, as well as a washer and dryer to keep all your clothes fresh, so make this a worry-free vacation! Pack light and come ready for fun!

The new master suite may become your favorite place at 1053 Cinnamon Beach. A brand-new king-sized platform bed awaits you here, plus a new wall-mounted HDTV with DVD player. A door connects your bedroom to the patio, and windows offer a splendid view, yet everything can be closed for darkness and privacy. And the en-suite bath is palatial, with a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi-style soaking tub. You'll be in heaven retiring to this suite each evening after a busy day on the beach or sightseeing!

The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with both a shower and tub option. Both bedrooms are spacious: one contains a queen-sized bed, the other 2 twins, and both have new HDTVs and DVD players, plus dressers and nightstands for everybody's stuff.

You're going to love staying at 1053 Cinnamon Beach. Discover the joy of Palm Coast from our luxe condo overlooking the lake!

We absolutely loved the location of this spacious condo. Short walk to pool and beach, which we lounged on every day. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Enjoyed every evening out on the balcony. Easy/quick drive to Publix and local restaurants. Minor dislikes (suggestions): Living room could use a makeover, carpeting needs stains removed, kitchen could use a few more items such as ice cream scoop and newer non-stick fry pan. We donated additional hangers as there was not enough for both of our clothes. We also had to purchased a cheap box fan to use on the balcony. Would recommend installing a ceiling fan out on balcony to help create air flow. Again, very minor dislikes. We would certainly come back to Cinnamon Beach Resort.
Our stay at Cinnamon Beach

Our vacation at Cinnamon Beach was a wonderful experience for every member or our family. The facility was clean and well stocked with the necessary supplies. We found the kitchen to have all the cookware and dishes that we needed to prepare meals. The location was excellent, only a short walk across the street and there was the beautiful ocean. The staff at the clubhouse was very welcoming and willing to get anything we needed. We would definitely return again.
Excellent stay, especially for those with young children

Excellent amenities for younger children and plenty for adults. Private beaches mean you can bring adult beverages to the beach, or be served by the Cinnamon Beach Grille (delivered to you)! We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. We look forward to our next stay.

This resort is beautiful. This particular unit is very clean, spacious and functional. 6 adults stayed here comfortably. We had a great view of the lake from our balcony and watched turtles and fish swimming daily. The beach was a very short walk across a parking lot and down a path on the other side of the building. The beach was clean, not crowded and relaxing. The staff at the resort were very nice and helpful. There was about a 30 min drive into St. Augustine. I recommend going down 1a. It's a nice drive and you avoid the toll bridge. I might have preferred being a little closer to St. Augustine as we spent a lot of time there, but we couldn't have found anything as beautiful and private for the price any closer. P.S.- If you do head into St augustine do the Segway tours with Cary first, he tells you all the best places to eat and see and they are so fun!! And, if you are looking for a good restaurant close to the rental, Jj's is two thumbs up!

Nice Stay at Cinnamon Beach

Very nice condo in a gated community. Master bedroom/bath very spacious. Great view from large patio. The only drawback was the couch and chair in this condo were not the most comfortable. Vacation Rental Pros who handled this rental were extremely nice and helpful. Would probably rent a different condo in this complex next time due to the living room furniture.

This condo was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space and there was so much to do. The beach was a 2-3 min walk from the condo and then just another 2 to 3 minutes to the pool. There were also good restaurants in Flagger and fairly close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our vacation stay at Cinnamon Beach! The resort was beautiful & offered great amenities. Pools were great & accessible by a short walk or you could drive your vehicle to the club house. (We always walked.)Beach accesses right across the street & at the "Quiet Pool." Dissappointed that they did not let you take your own picnic lunches or snacks into the pool or deck areas to take advantage of beautiful settings. You could eat there but only if you were willing to buy from their own over-priced grill. Many people were doing that however, & seemed to be enjoying good service. The DVD players in the living room & bedroom with twin beds were not working. My husband (who knows how to do those things) worked for about an hour on our daughter's birthday trying to get a movie going in the living room. We finally ended up piling up on the bed in the master bedroom to watch the movie but that left Gran & Papa out.;( The beach was perfect! It was shallow a long way out & we felt good about playing in the waves. Cinnamon sand exposed during high tide & a wide, soft, white sandy beach at low tide. Kids' Splash Zone was fun but there was a sign posted that said it was for kids over 5 & if you weighed 75 lbs or more you could not use the slide. That makes for a pretty small group of kids who would "qualify" to use it. I talked to one dad who had a 2 & 4 yr old who was pretty dissappointed because the Kids' Splash Zone was a main reason they had chose the resort. I encouraged him to ask management. They may make allowances if parents hold young children or something. I only mention the "negatives" b/c I don't like to be taken by surprise & know it is valuable to have all your questions answered ahead of time. Truly, this was a fantastic resort & in our party, kids of all ages (6-68 yrs) had a great time!

The Cinnamon Beach property is a great location for a quiet relaxing vacation. The beach is only a few steps away and two pools are just a few minutes walk.We loved that there is just enough to do to keep the kids occupied while allowing mom and dad time to relax. The unit we stayed in could have been a little cleaner and the kithchen could have been better equipped, it was very basic. There were no kitchen towels or dish clothes and very limited bath towels, but after a few phone calls housekeeping delivered an ample supply. Overall I would stay in this unit again just be prepared to bring more things from home.

Slight mixup with scheduling of cleaning crew on checkout. Cleaning crew did not get the message of when we were actually checking out and had entered the procerty prior to our true checkout date.

Our vacation rental was fantastic! We were only a very short walk to the beach which was phenomenal and we had an excellent view of the lake from our balcony! The condo was beautiful and was extremely comfortable. There were also two very nice pools on the property and a kiddie water park area that the girls loved! Overall we had a great vacation and will definately be renting through again!

The property we rented from vacation pros was wonderful! It was clean, plenty of room for all of us. The area was beautiful! The beaches were beautiful and clean. And the best part was if we didn't feel like taking the girls out there was plenty to do right there, with the pools, the beach, the game rooms! Thank you for helping make this vacation one of our best :)
