3 of 5 kitchen lights out. Shower door handle laying on the floor upon arrival. Lights out in 2 of three bedrooms-I bought new light bulbs. Almost zero water pressure at kitchen faucet. Master bedroom window would not stay open. Lanai furniture corroded and chairs broken. Untrimmed palm tree blocking view. I have come to expect better from VCP. Will not rent this unit again.

Nice place, good value for the dollar but a few minor things lessened the stars... A. The screen door to the balcony always was a big pain as the door lacked oil or adjusting. Sounds like a small problem but you would open and close that door many times a day. B. There was very weak water pressure in the main kitchen sink. A trickle or so. Made it tough to stay on top off cleanup dutys. C. No remotes for the second TV. D. Second TV was not working properly as the audio did not work on the main channels. E. Brochure said flat screen TV in living room. Nope, not there at all. Again all minor issues of course so don't let them get in your way of enjoying this unit. Could very well come back to this unit next year.

Vacation rental pros are good. Our problem was the unit. Everything pretty much outdated; from the tv's to the vac., to the pots. Needs updated desperatly. The beach has lots of algae and flies. Not good for laying on beach. Also, location is pretty isolated from restaurants and bars, etc.

My family and another family stayed at this location for 7 days and we absolutly loved it. The condo was very clean when we got there, and we never had a problem with anything. The people and the location is phenominal. I would recomend this location to anyone.

All info came very quickly and was very complete. The room was very clean. The complex was also very clean. The unit could use another sofa in the family room for some seating and a rug to absorb tv noise.

Very comfortable and clean condo with pleanty of space. We enjoyed the beach which is only a short walk away. Access to bike trails was also a bonus. Our only dispaointment was a Palm tree by the balcony which partially obstructs your view of the beach.

Thank you for 7 days in paradise.The condo was beautiful and all we had do to is bring our clothes and swimsuit. There was even a cooler provided to take take down to the beach. The staff at the condo were very friendly and family and I had a great time. Thanks to everyone who helped me with the rental.

We rented two condos for a family get together. The facilities were very nice and the pool was perfect for the children. The location was convenient and private. It was just a short distance from restaurants. We also were able to get to St. Augustine easily.
