  We had a great time in Palm Coast. The condo exceeded our expectations. Very big and comfortable. We didn't know how to find the pool area. Had to ask another guest. We enjoy cooking, so that part was easy, but not a lot to do unless you go over the toll bridge. The outdoor area was kept very nice. Couldn't complain about the surroundings of the condo.

  We really enjoyed the condo and the view was great. The condo was not as clean as it could have been. We all had black feet after walking around in the condo when we first got there. Not sure the tile floor was clean. Kitchen was also not "stocked" as it should be. I think if a kitchen is stocked, it would have cookie sheets, funnels, measuring cups.

  The Condo had ants in the kitchen that we had to deal with. The people above us kept us awake almost every night from midnight to 3 a.m.. I called security on them twice.

  The Cinnamon Beach/Hammock Beach area is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We loved the location, the view from 345 is amazing and the building is closer to the beach access than I thought it would be. The ample rooms and high ceilings provide a sense of spaciousness we'd not found in other condominiums. My family thanked me for selecting this location â?? definitely a winner â?? can't wait to return in the future.

  Our children thought we were going into a hotel room, and when they saw the condo, they were in disbelief... the 10 foot ceilings... the bedrooms and the overall property was just perfect for the family. Frankly, we liked it so much, we even considered buying a unit. We did not, as we can't afford to spend enough time in Florida to enjoy it as much as we would like. Maybe one day.

  Only complaints,couldn't find a luggage cart, elevator could be a/c'd & it would be nice if there was some around driving a golf cart type vehicle to take people to the pool. I guess I'm just lazy. But I would recommend Cinnamon Beach & Vacation Rental Pros to everyone. Pool staff especially nice & helpful.

  An Incredicle Ocean Fix !

  My wife and I occupied this lovely propery from January 1 to March 2 2011. This unit is bright, clean, and well laid out - great for entertaining family and friends. Large deck provides lots of space for eating on a warm February evening, or for just gazing out at the spectacular view of golf course and ocean. Short walk to beach, or to one of two pool areas, allowed time for bonding with grandchildren. More kitchen pans and gadgets would have been appreciated. Also, after a long stay, 10 o'clock checkout is unreasonable, given the expectations. All in all, however, we loved our holiday at Cinnamon Beach.
