The views were tremendous - 3rd time at CB and this had the best views - had to call property management 1st thing - ceiling fan in guest did not work - 1 tv did not work - never could get on the wifi with the unit number - box to cable system in living room went out - vacuum did not work and dryer was taking 180 - 240 min to dry a load - they did come and work on that but it did not fix it - cable guy was great - overall outside of tropical storm Debbie it was a lovely vacation - just minor issues that were taken care of

This condo was great. It had an ocean view and was just a short walk to the pools and the ocean. It was a great value for the money. We liked to layed back atmosphere of the area.

Super clean, nice location, mostly families with small children. I didn't think that it was appropriate to have to pay a cleaning fee and have to take all the sheets off the beds, start a load of clothes, a load of dishes, and take out the trash.

Overall experience great. Location of unit one of very best in Cinnamon Beach Condo's. Screen door needs replaced. Kitchen Faucet needs repairing. Ceiling Fan in BR 2 needs replacing. A few dishes missing from stated inventory. Hd Flat Screen in Family Room could be updated to newer model fairly inexpensive.

We have stayed in Cinnamon Beach about 9 or 10 times in the past few years... And this was our third time staying in this unit 435. It is very beautiful. They have updated two Tv's which was very nice. Beds are super comfortable and the location is perfect with all the different views it has.

Can't go wrong with this unit - prime ocean front unit on northeast corner of buiding with unbeaten views of the golf course as well! We couldn't have picked a nicer unit with the sounds of the ocean right outside your window. Nice large, comfortable balcony. Only negatives, Cinnamon Beach in December isn't the greatest walking beach with loads of seaweed. In addition, the unit isn't the most economical with numerous additional fees that really added up. And basic supplies in the unit (tissue/cleaning supplies/etc.) extremely limited or non-existent. For the price paid, this was unexpected.

Nice condo, great location and property amenities, nicely furnished except master bedroom bed is terrible (soft like a marshmellow), property management sent a/C maintenance man out telling him the property was empty. It was purely a routine maintenance call so he should have come when no one was there.

We had to store our clothing, that could not hang in the closets, in our luggage for two mos. We are returning to Cinnamon Beach next year, again for two months, but in another unit.

We spent a month in this unit and it truly felt like home! The view is wonderful; you could see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. The unit has everything you could need, with the exception of storage for clothing. We had to keep clothes in suitcases during our visit. The pools were fabulous, but aren't large enough to accommodate the # of units at peak time. Choose an off-season date and your stay will be amazing!

We have stayed in this unit before and again it was a great week. Everything was clean, comfortable and cozy. The views are spectacular and the ammenities were just wonderful. Very private. The unit has great beds and lots of good areas. We truly enjoyded and hope to come back soon. Thank you.

Nous avons été très satisfait du condo vraiment très grand encore plus beau que sur les photos une vue exceptionnelle et les personnes qui s'occupent des condos super gentils. Nous avons bien aimer pouvoir amener notre petit chien elle a adoré se promener sur la plage avec nous. Nous avons adoré notre séjour la seule chose c'était la température qui n'a pas été très bonne à cause des records de froid mais vous n'y pouvez rien malheureusement mais nous avons quand même apprécié le confort de notre condo.

Enjoyed the stay. Was here for a family reunion and rented 3 units. This unit was very spacious and being it was a corner unit had a great view of both the golf course and the ocean. The seating on the patio was very nice. Could have used a table large enough for a group to sit and eat. Did have a bistro table though. I kept waiting to feel the ocean breezes but didn't feel it! Maybe its the time of year? While the masterbath was nice and had his and her seperate sinks - neither had working lights. Odd. There was also no light in the refrigerator. A breakfast table was obviously missing in the kitchen nook. Which when you have that large of a unit you can expect a large group anjd the extra seating would have been nice. With the correction of those issues I would give this a 5 star!

The unit needs a table in breakfast nook and light over the dining room table. The people should be advised that it is a coral reef beach and not a swimming beach. The cable did not work well in the condo. The master bedroom has lines on the tv screen and the tv in the living room would freeze up. Overall it was a nice visit.

The pool was very nice but it would have been nice if it were open later hours. Otherwise we had a very nice time and the condo was beautiful.
