Charlotte, NC3rd stay a Dissappointment
Left on 08/20/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Very happy with this property on 2 previous stays but disappointed this yr. Paid for a 3BR but could only utilize 2 due to extremely poor mattresses. Slept on couches. Took 4 days to get assistance and still have not heard back from Steve Milo re! Also, adult pool very lax now re children. Much rough-housing, fighting, screaming etc,. Boogie boards, floats and noodles. No one there to monitor, could not relax. When I said something to staff was told they were grill owners grandchildren so I guess that was alright? That was a nice alternative to beach other yrs. but no longer.

Bowie, MDAwesome Resort! Condo just okay!
Left on 08/13/2012 for a stay in August 2012
I traveled with my husband, 2 children, niece and nephew and stayed in this condo for a week. The resort was really nice, the decor and ammenties of the condo were very nice and it was well stocked. It was very spacious and cozy. However there were a few concerns that I had with the condo. There were an abundance towels in the linen closet however many of them were old and dingy looking. We purchased towels while we were there, washed them and left them at the condo. The shower curtain in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom was very dirty at the bottom and looked as if mold was starting to grow. There was a dirty towel hanging up in the master bathroom when we arrived and the back of the door was dirty from whatever was dripping from the towel. Finally our balcony door did not have a lock on it. We called about it but no one ever came to fix it. We would come back to the community just not in the next couple of years. Certain things just left a bad impression.

woodstock, GAFantastic vacation!!!!
Left on 07/30/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We vacation in Saint augustine every summer and stay in single-family homes but decided to try a condo this year and we're so happy we did! The interiors were beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with virtually everything you would have at home and the ocean-front views were amazing! Don't worry about bringing items for the beach because they have tons of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, boards, etc.

Bristol, VAWe will be back next year!
Left on 07/24/2012 for a stay in June 2012
This was our second trip to Cinnamon Beach 751! We loved it so much we booked it twice, and will try for the same unit next year. We love the ease of being able to pack less, because everything is provided. (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels) We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the maintenance man was there within the hour. Overall a wonderful experience...again!

Gainesville, FLWonderful family vacation again at Cinnamon Beach
Left on 07/23/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Our family, 3 generations, had a grand week at Cinnamon Beach. Overall the condo was clean, I believe the top of the fridge has not been cleaned in months, but other than that, I have no complaints. The condo was beautifully furnished with all furnishings showing very little wear and tear. The kitchen was nicely stocked. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. provided. The balcony view was fantastic along with the furniture. Our last night we ended up having to call 911 for an ambulance for a very ill family member, we attempted to use the condo phone which did not work--not good in an emergency situation--especially for 911 to verify our location. Used our cell phone and ambulance arrived within a few minutes--quite impressive. Other than that incident, our vacation was full of memories to cherish and we will be renting this unit again next summer!

Shelby, OhioAwesome vacation!!!!
Left on 07/16/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This was our second year coming here for vacation, and was not disappointed! The views are heavenly and the memories that were made were priceless. What we love the most about this place, is even though there a lot of people here, it never seems crowded. It makes you feel as if you have the beach all to yourselves. Perfect! The only negative thing I can say, is that the condo needed a little help with cleaning. Very dusty, especially on the refridgerator and behind the beds. There was also wrappers and a left behind sock on the bunk bed.

Left on 06/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Our condo was fabulous! Very clean and the decor set the tone for a tropical vacation. The condo was so well stocked with everything you could need for the beach and the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable with plenty of linens.

Merrimack, New HampshireBest Vacation Rental - Ever
Left on 04/30/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We have rented many beach homes - at least one or two every year. The condo at Cinnamon Beach was the nicest rental condo that we have ever stayed in. The view is breathtaking and the condo is beautifully appointed. Also, there were so many little things that made it even better (tons of towels - including beach towels, toys and boogie boards, beach chairs, books) and a much appreciated decision to leave key cooking items. The unit had salt, pepper, various spices, olive oil, and more. Most units through it all away and it is expensive buying all these items for a few days.

Left on 04/23/2012 for a stay in March 2012
This unit is very nice and is in a prime location. We stayed at Hammock Beach (property just to the North) last year and liked it so much we decided to try it again, but this year we brought other families, and they enjoyed it just as much! Only concern would be the expense associated with hanging out at the pools at only being able to purchase your food and drinks from the cafe!?

Very enjoyable area...the grounds are well maintained and the over all experience was great...wished Palm Coast had a few shops before you leave the island; but enjoyed it as well as our trips to St. Augustine.

Bristol, VAAmazing Family Vacation, We will be back next year!
Left on 08/09/2011 for a stay in July 2011
We were very impressed when we opened the door and walked through this unit. It was beautifully yet comfortably decorated. The view from the spacious balcony was simply amazing. It was so helpful that beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as sand toys and a few spices were in the unit for use, it really lightened our load when traveling. This unit sold while we were there. I hope the new owners continue to rent and don't change a thing. Our only complaint was the master bed which seemed to sag in the middle making for rather uncomfortable sleeping.
