We had a very relaxing time even with the heavy rains of Hurricane Isaac. Great location, but we were disappointed in the overall housekeeping, maintenance, and linens compared to another unit we rented in 2011. The linens need to be replaced (i.e. towels had holes or were torn; sheets on bed mismatched, etc.). Cleaning wasn't very thorough (i.e. floors, dishes, carpet stains, etc.). The stereo system didn't work; one of the cordless phones had damaged electical cord, which could have been a shock hazard; a smoke detector was chirping; a light in the kitchen was burned out. Suggest trying another unit. Also, property mgmt. wanted to replace water heater during our stay, but we denied the request (this should be completed during a non-rental period unless there's an emergency).

This past week has been one of the best we've had in a long time. This vacation rental was superb! The staff that work at the property were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. My mom, daughter, and myself were a little worried about feeling safe. It was our first girls only trip. However, the property is double gated. The first gate that you stop at is where you have to be scanned in by the gate staff every time you come to the condo. The second gate closes after 8, and you have to have a code to get in. We felt very safe and secure on the property. It was wonderful. The condo itself was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. It was spacious, clean, and gorgeous! The view was spectacular! I can't even describe the beauty of this place. When we arrived there was a slight electrical problem (the breaker to one of the bedrooms had flipped), but we called James, and he rushed over to help. He was there within 3 minutes of our call! He fixed the problem within seconds! We didn't have a problem after that. The condo was so luxurious! I just can't compliment this property enough! The beach was perfect. The weather was perfect. The pools on the property were perfect. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much for one of the best vacations we have ever had! We highly recommend this vacation rental, and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at one of the condominiums for a week in april 2012. The property was everything we hoped it would be; beautiful grounds and home, clean and beautiful beach and pools. We felt safe, and everyone was very professional and friendly. We would recommend Cinnamon Beach to anyone wanting a relaxing enjoyable getaway.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The resort is well maintained and our condo was in very good shape. Very clean and well stocked with what we needed. (cookwear, towels etc.) My only complaint would be the very worn and faded comforter on the bed in the master bedroom. It just is not what I expected to see in such a nice place. It came off the bed while we were there, it just seemed to be dirty. The front bedroom with the full size bed also needs to have the comforter replaced. It just lookes bad. The back patio was super and we stayed outside on the patio alot. Other than the comforters, it was a lovely place and we had a relaxing time.

Great location for kids. Property has everything you could ask for. Best part of the location is the beach is not over built so it is very quiet. For anyone with kids this is the best spot in florida.

We had a wonderful time at the condo! So beautiful! From the time we got there we felt like we were special! Justin at the gate was the nicest guy I have ever meet! Very nice young man; and humorous as well. The condo was beautiful. We loved the large balcony. However I do feel the furniture is getting worn. The master bedroom really needs a new bed. The other rooms were good. The location was a bit of a drive. But we really didn't mind looking at the beatiful property. Very peaceful here! We did have to dust when we got there. May have been dusty from all the wind. Everything else was very clean. Love having a washer and drier in the unit. The pool is alittle bit of a walk. Very nice once you get there. We will be back next year for sure! Thank you for the most relaxing and awesome vacation!

Overall we enjoyed our rental. I had to buy some kitchen utensils; while there were numerous frying pans, there were limited pots. The unit needs a "deep" cleaning - artificial plants were quite dirty as were baseboards. Surface cleaning was good. Needs were met promptly and professionally. We loved the location - seeing and hearing the ocean, walking the beach, eating in Flagler Beach, the farmers' market, St. Augustine - wow. We have already booked a rental at Cinnamon Beach for next year!

Very nice condo. Went with two kids and our Golden Retriever. Everything was nice. I do wish we could have taken our own drinks into the pool though. The drinks were way overpriced. So we just went to the pool twice during our week stay. The food was good at the pool restaurant.

Our family had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach and plan to return. We enjoyed taking our little puppies to the beach and watching them run, play at the waters edge and dig in the sand. The unit we stayed in was nicely decorated and had a perfect view of the beach.

We loved our rental condo, and loved that we were able to bring our two dogs, too. The walks with our dogs watching the sun rise over the ocean every morning were fantastic, too. Everyone was great, and the place was spotless. It's one of the nicest and best managed properties we have experienced.

The first vacation rental we chose was a nightmare (rundown, dirty, etc.) We arrived there after 16 hours of driving & were devastated. At 5:30 PM on a Saturday, we were miraculously able to reach Steve (from Vacation Rental Pros), & in a matter of minutes, were on our way to one of the most beautiful, spotless, modern gated communities in Florida. Our condo had all the amenities you could ever ask for, with a large kitchen & roomy balcony, garden tub, & perfect ocean view. It was a calm & peaceful sanctuary, with 2 luxurious pools & cinnamon-colored sand. We are so thankful to Steve for saving our family's much needed vacation. We will be returning, hopefully, at least, once a year. Everyone we dealt with at this rental agency was extremely pleasant, efficient, & helpful. My family & I have stayed in many similar places to this before, which we were satisfied with, but I would have to say that this is our favorite, by far. It is very close to St. Petersburg (fun little town) & within driving distance to Disney & Kennedy Space Center. P.S. - I am a real person & they didn't tell me to write this :) I always was suspicious of that!!!
