This was our third 2 week stay at Cinnamon Beach, and we plan to return. Making the reservation through Steve Milo and Vacation Rental Pros is stress free. Our unit had spectacular views and easy beach access. The beach was never crowded and we were able to take long strolls each morning and evening with our dog Sam. We enjoyed boogie boarding in the surf and just plain old relaxing. There are several good eateries near by...we highly recommend Jt's, South Beach Cafe and Matanza's Inlet. Daytona Beach as well as Orlando are easy day trips. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Vacation Rental Pros. We look forward to our next stay.

Every year we take a family vacation, generally at the beach. We are Floridians and love the beach. Cinnamon Beach was close to home, real plus. One of the few places we found that had a property we could rent for less than a week. Would not recommend it though... too much work for such a short time. The view was gorgeous. The pool was a bit of a hike but the walk over to the dunes / beach was right in back of our building.

We have been bringing our family and friends to Cinnamon Beach for years and absolutely love it. This condo had a gorgeous view of the water and was very well equipped and clean. We did notice that things were a more worn than previous years and that some things were starting to come apart (the coffee table, sofa, screen door, decorative items in the bedroom)... We called maintanence about the screen and it was fixed promptly but then broke again on our last day. Also this unit needs a better TV in the main living room. I am not a complainer but feel compelled to make mention of these things since a price tag of over $2,000 a week demands a certain level of accomodation. I also cannot believe there is no recycling at this complex!!! In such a beautiful locale, it seems this would be an integral part of the community.

The condo was great! Great views and alot of space. My only complaint is our feet were black from the floors. we sweept the tile floor everyday and it did not help. I think the carpets just need to be replaced... But the place was in great condition and we are thinking about coming back again next year.

We really liked the condo including the location, safety, amenities & privacy. However, the condo dwelling was extremely dusty! The corners literally had dust & hair balls that seemed to be growing. It could use a good high dusting and they really should clean behind the long blinds along the patio doors. Otherwise, it was very nice. I would recommend this facility to a friend.

Loved the place would send friends there. Just time it so the lady on the 5th floor isn't there. She spent the entire week smoking on the deck and fuming me out.

The sixth floor view over the ocean is fantastic. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. The unit needs some TLC and updating. The carpet should be replaced,the unit needs a painting, the cabinetry in the kitchen needs to be retracked and there is a huge moth colony between the screened doors and the glass doors on to the balcony area in the master wife killed several silver fish in the masterbath and master bedroom. We stayed in the unit for a month and very much enjoyed our stay. Steve Milo is a complete professional as he offered help to us immediately whenever an issue arose. I can`t praise Steve highly enough for his caring about his client/renters.

Condo was beautiful and well equiped with pots and pans. Beds were very comfy. Master bath was awesome. Views from condo fantastic. Location was not the most convienient, hard for local family to find us and visit. Security was good. Pool area nice. The most disappointing was the beach. It is all broken shell and very little sand. Wave action very rough with large rocks. Not a place for children to play and enjoy, we even found it very difficult to walk on the beach, we had to wear tennis shoes. But it is very private with not may people (for obvious reasons). Management company was great to deal with.

We have enjoyed our stay here--so much we are planning to buy here. Vacation Rental Pros make it very easy and are great to work with. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. It is wonderful to look out and see the dolphin almost every morning!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the view was even better! The location was a little far from attractions, but well worth the drive. The only problems we had with the condo was the screen door from the living room to the balcony was difficult to close. Not sure if it just needs to be oil or is off track, and the bathtub still had hair and a little sand/dirt in it from previous guests. Overall, a wonderful vacation!

I was very pleased with the condo and the amount of space we had. The view from the condo was spectacular, but there are a few upgrades that would go a long way. The need for better cookware, updated bedding and more towels and washcloths.

We love this condo it was very nice. The only thing that we would recommend for the extra room would be that it would be nice to have a king bed. We had two couples and it would have been nice to have another King bed. We loved everything else about the condo. Thank you.

everyone in our group loved the place...very clean, quiet, relaxing place...the pools are great and so is the beach. The coral is not a problem at all for swimming. Reservation process by vacation rental pros was problem free. This place will be very hard to beat!!

I was thrilled to find a rental property that would allow us to take our 2 Golden Retrievers. I was amazed how beautiful our accomodations were. Taking our pets for walks was delightful. The facility was gorgeous and all the guests we encountered on our walks were friendly. We liked this place so much that we will be going back for another vacation.

We are going to be hard pressed to find a better, or even one as nice, as your penthouse. Everything is top-notch. The view from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking. All the little details were covered for us, like tons of extra towels and even beach chairs and sand toys for the kids! We traveled with friends and they stayed a floor below. We all decided that the extra high ceilings in the penthouse made it seem much larger than theirs. If we could have packed up our condo and taken it with us, we would have in a heartbeat. Great place. Beach is nice, but the line of coral between you and the water makes swimming in the ocean a little challenging. We are looking at places more south, and we are having a hard time finding anything as nice as our Palm Coast penthouse. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was a graet vacation spot. I especially loved being able to bring my dogs and to be able to take them on the beach. Everyone was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to our car's tire blowing out on the way down!

We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks in Palm coast. The condo was spacious,and well decorated. Next time I probably would have housekeeping come by at least once a week. The beach was wonderful, and not crowded. I can't wait till next summer to say there again.

Beautiful location, amazing views, clean, comfortable and well enough equipped. We were very pleased with everything, with one exception, which has nothing to do with VR Pros.
