You knew your vacation would make you feel on top of the world, but who would have thought it would be literally true? From our penthouse condo at Cinnamon Beach 964, you can survey miles of beautiful scenery, including lakes and greenery. What heaven!<br/>Designed for a good-sized group, our 6th-storey condo in an elevator building overlooking a pure blue lake is the perfect place for up to 10 people to stay. It boasts all the comforts of home, with none of the crowding and corner-cutting of hotel rooms. From the moment you walk in, you know this is a place you'll love. Before you leave, you'll already be making plans to return!<br/...>Let's start with the balcony, everybody's favorite part of Cinnamon Beach 964. It offers views from 2 sides, and is covered so that there's always a bit of shade. The air is balmy here, tinged with that ocean salt, and you can hear the murmur of the surf. The Atlantic Ocean is less than a 5-minute walk -- just follow the sea birds that wheel in over the lake each morning!<br/>There is casual seating on the balcony, including a table for 6 and a chair or two in quiet corners. When you're in a large group, downtime is essential, and we have created places where you can retire with a book, glass of wine, or earbuds for an hour and two and recharge your batteries in a beautiful setting!<br/>But quiet time and panoramic views of natural beauty aren't for everyone, which is why the living room at Cinnamon Beach 964 is fully equipped with electronics and super-comfortable seating in which to enjoy them. Our HDTV, VCR, and DVD player are at your disposal in the large entertainment center. Flop down on the couches and settle in for an evening at home! <br/>If you need more space for family night in, our dining table is adjacent to the living area, and seldom gets used for meals. (The balcony usually steals that honor!) Break out the Settlers of Catan for the grown-ups, Sorry! for the ankle-biters, and put on your favorite CD. The kids will be delighted, especially since the free wireless Internet at Cinnamon Beach 964 means that they can text their buddies and constantly update their status on Facebook. Their parents and grandparents might appreciate the opportunity to check directions and opening hours online, too!<br/>And who is going to feed this hungry mob? Well, probably many of the fine area restaurants offering fresh-caught seafood and other delicacies, if not the little café 2 minutes away by (bare) foot in the clubhouse of the Cinnamon Beach complex. But just in case you feel the urge to prepare a home-cooked feast, you'll find everything you need in our kitchen -- cookware, utensils, dishes, and all manner of gadgets. With its granite countertops, tiled floor, and wooden cabinets flanking the new appliances, this is a space in which you might actually enjoy cooking . . . Or not! That's what the microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster are for. Pop something into them first thing in the morning to get everyone moving, then off to finer things!<br/>Of course, getting out the door in the morning means you have to leave your bedroom, which no one will want to do at Cinnamon Beach 964. We've done our best to outfit the master and second bedroom with luxury and the third (kids') bedroom with fun, including TVs and DVD players in all 3 bedrooms. And if your group overflows the bounds of the bedrooms, no problem. One of the living room sofas converts to a bed for 2!<br/>The master bedroom boasts a new king-size bed, HDTV with DVD player, sliding-glass door access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi-style soaking tub and walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the kids' room has a cheerful clubhouse atmosphere and 2 sets of bunkbeds.   My group of 10 with 8 teenagers loved this condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a very homey feeling to this condo, and it was stocked with all the esentials, which made it easy for meals. Great view and very close to the beach and both pools. We all loved the beds!!! A minor set back with having that many, was there is only 2 bathrooms which made it a tad difficult w/ all those kids, but we would definitely stay again. Fyi, there is a toll to get to this resort, be aware.

  My girlfriends and I had a fabulous time here. It was clean, beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked with tools. We were only disappointed that we were denied access to Hammock Beach Resort. We were hoping to have enjoy happy hour in the lounge there but the guard said we weren't permitted. This wasn't a problem last time we came so I'm not sure what changed that. Otherwise it was just what we needed and close to home too.

  We felt right at home the minute we walked into the spacious condo! Cinnamon Beach complex is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. Plenty of space for people and dogs alike. Had a small issue within the condo, and a phone call resulted in prompt service within a few hours. Would never get that kind of service back home! This area is quiet and restful. Try it!

  Disappointed when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. and property was no ready for us. My daughter is confined to a wheelchair and we had to wait for over an hour and a half until the property was ready. We were told by the housecleaner that someone was supposed to notify us about the one ever called. Otherwise we would have left our home later. Apparently previous guests made a real mess so it was taking longer to clean. Things like dish holder in bottom of sink was dirty and coffee grinds in coffeemaker. Also shower curtain liner in first bathroom was very moldy. We had to call up houskeeping to have them bring a new one. Also, elevator needs airconditioner. You can barely breathe in there.

  Thank you so much for a great spring break! We had a big group and we were all able to stay in the same building. The rooms were gorgeous & clean. The only con was that the pool & hot tub closed at 6:00. That seemed to be a little early. But we enjoyed it very much! I've already recommended it to many other friends :-)

  We have family in St augustine but rentals there are a bit outdated. Palm Coast provided the atmosphere and setting for a beautiful vacation, and the drive to visit family in vacation was not far at all. The beach, pool, grocery access was perfect. The condo,unit 964, was beautiful inside and out. We will definitely come again.

I read many reviews that raved how beautiful the resort was, in my opinion they were absolutely right, the condo was decorated very tastefully and the grounds were lovely.   The property overall was very nice. I am from Indiana and we were a little dissapointed with the beach. Not recommended for a top 10 Florida beach. The family pool was great, even with small children. It was safe and accessible for the parents to enjoy too. We would probably stay at another location for another spring break.

  The only real disappointment was that the cafe and ocean side bar, which were said to be open/available in the rental information, were closed down (for a long time). This should not be in the literature if it's not available. We had to make a special trip to the grocery to buy snacks/drinks we were planning to purchase poolside.

  This was our 4th trip to Cinnamon Beach and each time we can't imagine how it could be any better. Although the weather was not fantastic, (Fay put a damper on our vacation) the accomodation was spectacular. Roomy, beautifully decorated, every amenity, a home away from home...but better. Steve Milo and his team are extremely attentive and quick to respond to any question or need. We will definitely be back.
