Expansive views of coquina-shell sands, blue ocean, and endless sky greet you from our newly renovated beachfront condo at 544 Cinnamon Beach. With deluxe furnishings and all the perks, it's like enjoying a bird's-eye view of paradise!<br/>You have a front-row seat for the sunrise every morning here . . . and you don't even have to get out of bed to see it! From the luxurious king-sized bed in the master suite, you can gaze sleepily out through the window or the sliding glass door and watch the sky turn from gray to Technicolor! (Then turn over and go back to sleep, unless you fancy an early-morning stroll on the beach, when yours are t...he only footprints in the sand!)<br/>If the mood strikes you, wander out from the master suite onto the oceanfront balcony to watch the sea and shore birds sail in to enjoy breakfast in the surf. A long, stately procession of pelicans is certain to glide past before long, to begin their stunning dive-bombs into the sea for fish. And if you watch the sparkling water, chances are you'll catch a glimpse of our local school of dolphins swimming by. Grab some coffee and treat yourself to a private wildlife show every morning!<br/>Slip back into the master bedroom before anyone else rises, and sneak a peek at the morning shows on your private TV, or drift into the master bath to enjoy a long soak in the tub. (There's a walk-in shower too, in case you're in a hurry!) <br/>When you're ready to officially begin the day, step out into the light-filled living and dining area at 544 Cinnamon Beach. The living room is large, airy, and very comfortable, with a sofa that converts to a double bed, two addictive easy chairs, and a big entertainment center. (In addition to the cable TV, VCR, and DVD player, you have free WiFi at 544 Cinnamon Beach.) Wide sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony (though you can see the Atlantic without even stepping outside!), where a casual table and chairs invite you to breakfast al fresco.<br/>Of course, there's a real dining room table as well, positioned beneath lovely lighting. This makes it a great place to play board games and cards. The chairs are comfortably padded, the drinks and snacks are almost within reach in the kitchen, and the blue waves are visible from here too. Gather the whole group for an evening of Uno and enjoy some "at home" time at the beach!<br/>The kitchen at 544 Cinnamon Beach has been completely renovated with stone countertops, wooden cabinets, and the latest appliances. From the double sink to the glasstop stove, you will appreciate working in this spotless, fully stocked space. Pick up some groceries at Publix your way into the Ocean Hammock community, and you're all fixed up! We provide all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need, right down to the coffeemaker, toaster, and all-important blender.<br/>In addition to the master suite, there are 2 more bedrooms, plus one more full bath (with both shower and tub option). The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third contains 2 twin beds and a large console TV. Both rooms are restful and well appointed, ensuring that everyone in your group has privacy, a very comfortable bed, and a place to make themselves at home.<br/>You will find a full-sized washer and dryer here, as well as all the linens and towels you need for every bed and bath. If you're used to hotel rooms with inadequate blankets and never enough pillows, 544 Cinnamon Beach will be a pleasant surprise.   A little dissapointed that we could not play the golf course that we was told that their was a course on site but it was private i would suggest that you tell your guest the propeer information but other than that we will be going back.

  The rental experience was very easy. Great communication from the propery management company from start to finish. The condo was very nice, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only minor complaints are 1) needed more washcloths available 2) would like to have had more activities for children (12 yr old boys) like a tennis court and basketball court 3) trashcan smelled bad - needs good cleaning. But overall, this was a great condo and we enjoyed our stay very much.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is a lovely unit with an amazing view. It easily fit my husband, myself, our two children and my parents. The pools were so fun and we loved the beach too. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

  Couple small items to fix, TV remote out of batteries, 2 kitchen lights out, small bath tub drain was very slow. Otherwise it was terrific. Wish you guys recycled waste in separate containers. Grounds are impecable.

  Condo was very nice and clean, but the ice maker in the freezer was broken. It made ice, but didn't dispense so it could have been worse. We were disappointed with the regulation in the quiet pool. We specifically went there for peace & quiet and there were kids and teens rough housing and throwing a football. All in all, great experience!

  We were truly blown away by the beauty of Cinnamon Beach, and our condo. We will definitely be booking this condo again. From being right on the private beach, the cleanliness of the whole place inside and out, to the great location just off a1a(a straight shot to Daytona or St augustine)! Everybody we encountered here is super friendly. We also loved the club, where you can get served poolside and it is totally resonably priced. Wow what a great vacation!

  Great Place to Stay for Five Sisters

  My sisters and I (five of us) always go on an annual "Sister Trip", no husbands, children, pets etc. allowed. We found the place to be beyond our expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. I plan to contact Vacation Rentals for our trip next year, hopefully to the mountains. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and communicated regularly to make sure we had all the info we needed. Thanks for a great trip!

  Overall, the vacation was great! Did not expect the reef formations on the beach, so we were relunctant to go to the beach until low tide when the reef was exposed. The unit was extremely nice! Quiet location and close enough to other attractions like Orlando. We definitely plan to stay there again!

  Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side during our stay at the Cinnamon Beach Front, but we will definitely be back. The private beach had such an intimate feeling and was so clean, and our son loved the walk in pool and splash zone. What a beautiful spot to be able to get away from it all.

  The only dissappointment with our 2 week stay was caused by excessive movement across the floor of the unit above us. The main problem being constant scraping of chairs across the floor, banging of doors etc. In addition, depending on the occupants, very heavy footsteps. We managed to establish that the floor of the unit above is completely tiled in the living area. The problem varied depending upon the actions of the occupants, some being much worse than others. It appears that the unit above has mostly short term renters.

  We and our 2 sons met for a 70th birthday party and had a wonderful time. It was a great saving over 3 hotel rooms and we could enjoy each others' company without running from room to room. It was further from St. Augustine than we would have liked, but the beautiful condo, view and nearby Publix made up for that inconvenience.
