Sunrise, sunset: you'll see them both every day from our fabulous ocean view Atlantic Princess house on Cinnamon Beach! The ocean is in front, a lake in back, and all the luxury you can imagine in between, from multiple decks to a huge master suite! <br/>Our Victorian-style house is 3 stories high, with 1 garage available for guests and private balconies off of many of the bedrooms, not to mention a huge covered ground-floor patio, complete with ceiling fan and comfy chairs, leading down to the beautiful lake. You can see the ocean from many rooms, and private boardwalk access to the beach is just three houses away!<br/>Let's begi...n with the unexpected: a giant 1st floor recreation suite! Complete with a wet bar, a game table, plenty of ultra-comfortable seating, and a wide-screen HDTV that will take your breath away, this is Family Time Central at Atlantic Princess! Let the kids watch their favorite show or play games on the TV while their parents enjoy a quick rubber of bridge or a night of Texas Hold 'em. There is also a queen bedroom on the 1st floor & an outside shower for washing off after the beach.<br/>On the 2nd floor, there's a family room & office area as well as a gourmet kitchen. Here you'll find cozy seating, another HDTV, and great views. Doors lead out to a deck (as they do from nearly every room in this house!).<br/>Just beyond the family room is a big breakfast bar, breakfast table and our gourmet kitchen. Tiled floors, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a central island, and the full complement of cookware and utensils all combine to create a luxurious ambiance. And if you'd rather eat out this vacation, that's okay -- as there are many fabulous restaurants nearby! <br/>Past the kitchen is the lovely dining area, with long windows letting the sun splash in. Many of the rooms in Atlantic Princess have a hexagonal shape with a window in each wall, giving you views in all directions! There is also a queen bedroom on the 2nd floor.<br/>The 3rd floor master suite is one of the best features of the house, with a palatial king bed, a wet bar, plenty of places to sit and read or gaze out of the many windows, a big private deck, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom. This is an entire living area in itself, and you will find yourself lingering long after you've watched the sun come up!<br/>The master bath offers a jetted soaking tub, his-and-her vanities, and a separate walk-in shower. Windows over the bath provide you with lovely views of the ocean, and candelabras stand ready to add a little atmosphere. Pamper yourself this vacation: do your beach reading in the bathtub, and discover how soothing a good long soak can be after a busy beach day!<br/>The 3rd floor also contains another bedroom with a king bed, and a kids' bedroom, a glorious space with a bunkbed featuring a double bed on the bottom, a twin on top, and a pull-out trundle to sleep one more (sleeps up to 4). The kids will love having their own space!<br/>Need to sleep a few more folks? The first floor contains 2 sleeper sofas, and the second floor offers 1 more. And you have free wireless Internet access at Atlantic Princess, so feel free to bring your electronics!<br/>Four bathrooms are convenient to all areas of the house, and 2 laundry rooms with washers and dryers keep the bathing suits and beach towels clean. All the linens you need for this house are waiting for you here, so pack light and don't worry about needing "extras" of anything!   No tv first couple days due to a faulty breaker. No instructions for working tv. No tv in 2 bedrooms. Ran out of propane gas, so no hot showers or baths for almost 2 days, and could not dry clothes. Very few washcloths supplied and upstairs bedrooms hot during day and night. When we complained was informed the owner would remotely control the thermostat! Then the gasman showed up unexpected one afternoon to look for a gasleak..Would have been nice to know someone was coming. Took time away from our plans..A/c upstairs is not adequately installed.

  Wonderful Beachhouse for Family Reunion

  Perfect setting for our large group with a marvelous kitchen/family room area. Big food preparation area supported lots of kitchen help. Beautifully furnished, lovely home with room for all. Two minutes away from pools and work-out room. Three minutes from the ocean where chairs and umbrellas were furnished free-of-charge. The stairs could be a challenge, but luckily we were all able to handle them with ease. All in all, it was perfect and we had so much fun.

  A Relaxing Summer Place

  Our family had a great vacation at the atlantic Princess. The Ocean Hammock Resort is a beautiful location for a vacation. The pools and beach are clean and were not overly crowded when we were there. Our house was close to both. We enjoyed eating at some of the local seafood establishments and a trip to ST. Augustine.

  Everything was wonderful with the house. The house is very close to the pool complex and beach. Free beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice touch. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area. We had numerous people taking pictures of the house while we were there.

  Alarm System Very Unacceptable,

  The experience was good with the exception of the security. Check in day when entered the house the alarm went off. It couldn't be turned off but through the owner. There was no control of security but through the owner. Your guests needs to have an option to use the alarm for their security as well. The owner needs to have a backup system for alarm other than just through himself. The owner locked us out before checkout. The owner needs to pay attention to the date of arrival and departure of guest. This experience was very, very unpleasant. The lock out time was very furustrating trying to find the rental people, trying to find the owner to get back into the house. If the owner could not have been found we could have been locked out with all my belongings and my guest belongings inside. The system that the owner has got in place now is very unacceptable. An elevator would be the ideal thing for this property three levels was a bet much. Lord! forbid if there was a security failure or a power outage!!! Not good!!!

  One problem, when the TV went out I left two messages with maintenance and never received a return call...and TV remained messed up. This bothered the male members of the family. Otherwise this is a great house and we enjoyed the stay.
