Surrounded by a sturdy fence and lush tropical landscaping, this brick courtyard is the perfect place any time of day or night! The heated pool has a safety rail and shallow steps for easy access (great for limbering up first thing in the morning with some water aerobics!), the spa is fabulous, and the lounging area includes both sunny and shady spots, so everyone can soak up just enough rays. <br/>Best of all, the summer kitchen (grill, sink, granite countertops) and dining table are in a lighted, covered area, and a fun exterior spiral staircase winds up to the 2nd-floor balcony to join the two main outdoor areas. Oh, you're going to love this space!<br/>When it's finally time to go inside, you'll wonder what on earth took you so long -- because the interior of Kokomo Key is every bit as attractive as the outside! The first floor, just in from the patio, contains 2 bedrooms, a common bath (easy to access from outside -- no wet footprints tracking through the house!), and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with 2 twins, and both with great views of the pool and patio. The elevator is here, so take it right up to the second floor!<br/>This is the main living and dining area of the house, and also contains one of the master suites. Make yourself at home in our huge living room, boasting bamboo flooring, a decorative fireplace, a sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player and Surround Sound. A double set of doors opens the living room up to the balcony lanai, extending the space dramatically and enabling you to enjoy the priceless golf course and pool views! Perfect for a large gathering, this room brings the outdoors inside, so you can enjoy the balmy Florida weather from the comfort of the couch!<br/>The dining room is also an extension of the living space, set in alcove surrounded by windows with breathtaking views. Dine formally here, or break out the Risk and Pictionary and have a family game night around the big table!   Our experience with this rental was just what we were hoping for. The house was very nice and we eventually were thankful that there was an elevator! One downside was right next door, construction was going on the entire weekend we were there. It wasn't too bad though. We loved the pool and spend most of our time there. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely go here again.

  Everything was very nice. There were a couple of small issues that were quickly resolved. The only real difficulty we had was with the exterior doors especially upstairs leading to porch. It was very difficult to open. Maintenance tried to resolve but I think it needs a little more work. All in all it was a great stay and would return again and recommend to someone else.

  We would certainly stay at Kokomo again. And would certainly rent from Vacation Rental Pros. We needed maintenance a couple of times and they responded very quickly. Beautiful home in a beautiful location.

  For the money I thought we would be closer to the beach you had to drive about a mile and then walk to the beach through a golf course. The floors we dirty we had to call the housekeeping out to mop the floors.Nice pool and hot tub. We had to call out the pool company to clean the pool. Over all the stay I would give it a 3 to a 3.5 star rating.

  Thank you to Chris for assisting us with the multi-unit television system. Had a great stay, even though it rained the first 3 days we were there. Would definately go back again. Would have been nice to have had a dust mop for the beautiful hardwood flooring to keep it clean throughout the week. Overall, a great stay.

  This was a perfect house for my family. My husband and I and our 2 kids stayed for a week. I have nothing bad to say at all. Vacation Rental Pro's was such a pleasure to work with will be renting from them again next year. We will stay in the same area maybe a different house every year!! Keep up the great work

  We loved the house, I woud recommend that some type of grips be placed on the steps leading down to the pool. I actually fell down the last three steps and injured my foot. I was a little disappointed at some of the responsses fromthe neighbors, when speaking a few just looked and never even spoke and if we didnt belong,so we decided although the house was nice and we loved the secuirty we willnot be staying in your properties again since we didnt feel completely welcome

  This was a freshly updated house. We were the first to stay in the home since the owner re-did it. Few odds and ends missing, a grill scraper, a good broom and a set of steak knifes, all small things. Amazing location, a minute to the beach. Pool is heated, which they don't say in the description, was great for a dip in the cool March breeze. This is my 2nd year booking a place with Vacation Rental Pros, and I plan on booking again and again and again.
