A breakfast bar rounds out the space, as does a nook with seating for four. <br/>The living room, beautifully outfitted with comfy chairs and love-seats, has expansive tiled floors - perfect for Florida's heat.   We were very pleased with the house. It was a bit farther to the beach then I thought. Was on a quiet street. Was never told you had to pay a toll of $2 every time you left the little island area. But over all it was good and I would come back and stay again.

  My husband and I had a wonderful vacation with our two married children and their families while attending our son's graduation from Embry-Riddle. The house was beautiful and had everything you could need. Having a pool and short walk to the beach was fantastic! We love wildlife and had several encounters with the local species. While having the kitchen and master bedroom upstairs made for great views, it was inconvenient and tiring at times. We were provided only one key to the house which made it difficult to accommodate everyone's different schedules at times. Overall we had a really nice stay---just too short!

  The Wind and Sea was the perfect way to spend our summer vacation. The house was immaculate and had everything that we needed. The various gathering spots were perfect for the younger crowd and the older crowd. The only thing I might suggest is to have directions for how to work the TVs. We had a little trouble, and at one point, a DVR started to kick in and we couldn't watch what we wanted to. Still, overall a fantastic experience.

  We had a great week at the Wind and Sea home. The accommodations were superb. We enjoyed the pool, the grill, and the house. The beach was a 7 minute walk and provided a lot of serenity and beauty.   What a beautiful home,we truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the house had everything we needed. The week went by very fast but we got to relax by the pool without the bugs.
