This room opens to the screened-in lanai, spa, and summer kitchen allowing great indoor-outdoor entertaining. <br/>The gourmet chef's kitchen insists that, while here, you'll live to eat. Open to the rest of the living area, the kitchen really is the heart of this home - a natural gathering point with great views of the lake. It invites and accommodates everyone. Huge granite counters wrap around to face both the living and dining areas. There's even a tri-vection oven (for regular, convection and speed heat), plus stainless steel appliances and a large custom pantry - everything you need.   even though the home was nice and had everything we needed, this home is in dire need of maintenance. the ceiling fans and vents were pretty dirty.the back stairs were in need of repair, only half of the hot tub worked and the master bdrm screen kept falling off, the master toilet paper holder kept falling off and the grill was full of water. despite this the location is wonderful and we had a good time. Such a shame to see a gorgeous home not being taken care of as it should

  Vrpros sent us to this place when our airconditioning went out at our original vacation rental home. It's awesome. Beautiful and luxurious house in gated community with guards. Like new and very clean with everything you need within walking distance. Highly reccomend!

  the conditions in the unit left something to be desired. Plumging upon our arrival was not working properly, the fan blades were coated with dust, and our check-out experience left much to be desired. However, the beach and the pools were great.

  Our Sandcastle house was great for a two family vacation! Though it was a bit chilly in Palm Coast in February, the heated pool was great for the kids and the ocean was just a short walk away. The house was beautiful and roomy!

  We arrived three days after the last reviewer and found no evidence of the ants mentioned. The home was spotless and management was very responsive to the few minor issues we had (toilet running; jammed lock box). It was lovely being so close to the beach and the club house. From the second story deck you get direct sunlight from sunrise to late afternoon. We particularly enjoyed overlooking the lake and watching the ducks, birds, and even a pair of otters play! We will definitely return â?? it was perfect!

  Really Nice House

  We just returned from staying a week in Sand Castle (Xmas - New Year's Day). The house was clean when we arrived. As far as soap, paper towels, detergents, etc -- the house was not very well equipped, so we had to purchase all house things at the store. The house wifi did not work, and property mgt was pretty efficient getting it up and running. There were a lot of bugs in the house -- mainly lots and lots of tiny ants -- I did not complain about this to mgt, but I'm sure they would have come out and sprayed if I had. We played the conservatory golf course -- spectacular! Overall a nice stay in a nice house.

  We loved this home, it worked out perfect especially for our young grandchildren. Plenty of space for all to be together or alone time. St. Augustine was a good outing. Disney for a day worked out nice too. We had plenty relaxing and family time. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the beds. I was nervous making the decision to stay there without a personal recommendation, but so glad I did.
