Large Living Quarter and Great View
We got exactly what we thought we would receive. There was linens, pots, pans, soaps, washer/dryer, chairs to take to the beach, tennis rakes (upon request). There was plenty of room for our family and the patio/deck over looking the ocean and pool where priceless. We knew the beach was not useable, based upon other posts, so that was just as expected.
The main items that we would say need attention is the place needs updating and the blinds in master bedroom should be replaced. Also, the carpet should be replaced in entire place.
We went to a few other beaches from 5-10 miles ago and they were nice - we enjoyed Flagler.
We would recommend to all rental owners, that a "cheat sheet" be developed and left in the units. This sheet could have closest grocery store, beaches, WalMart, Target, gas station and favorite restaurants and what the facilities provide including tennis and ping pong across the highway in a different community.
It was nice to have the gated community.
They were flexible and worked with us on our getting in at midnight and leaving at 4am - and the price took this into consideration. The "big" property managers would not have done what he did with this.
