first i really enjoyed my holiday the place was really good it was prefect in every way very clean and everything was provided to us.. and i really recommend this place to have really nice and quite holiday..the location is perfect quite and relaxing... so all i could say its beautiful place and even with the owner and the communication i was really satisfied with everything...

My partner and I spent the christmas break at Palm Cove its such a beautiful place, the apartment was in great, clean condition when we arrived. It was so easy and such a pleasure dealing with Paula (owner) and allan(property Manager). Any questions I had about the area, property leading up to my stay was always answered by Paula in a timely manner. Her and allan went above and beyond for us. The apartment has everything you need for your break and is very comfortable. The only bad thing about the holiday was the heat but you get used to it after a while and you have to expect it with that destination. There was a lot of information about the tourist attractions and menus of local restaurants. You are only a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Overall great stay. Would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thanks so much to everyone involved in making it such a great holiday.

The owners couldn't have been more helpful, making sure we were informed about all aspects of the accommodation, location and local sites or activities. We appreciated the personal contact.
The apartment was presented very well with comfortable living areas, quiet and private.
The location was very pleasant with easy walking access to the beach and dining facilities. The swimming pool downstairs was a cool relief to wind down and relax or after site seeing activities.
Being able to cater for ourselves,if we wanted, was easy with well presented kitchen and laundry facilities.
Two couples used the apartment and we were all very happy with the ten days spent there. Thankyou

I was taking my parents to Palm Cove and we were thrilled with the apartment and the surrounds. Paula was extremely helpful with all my questions and had lots of suggestions for activities.
The apartment was clean and had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the pool just downstairs. All in all a great value for money, defintely recommended! -

From the moment we booked this apartment i have had constant communication with Paula. It was everything that we needed for a family , we were walking distance to beach, jetty and shops. Also the resort had plenty of fun things for the children to keep them occupied, from tennis to bikes and of course beautiful swimming pools. The apartment was spacious and homely with a lovely view. When we arrived we were left a starter kit of milk, water, tea and coffee as well as having the pantry stocked with essental cooking needs.
Overall we had a wonderful time in the beautiful Palm cove, so relaxing and gorgeous weather.
Again paula was so helpful, extremely friendly and made it so easy for us to just arrive and relax and enjoy. -

Everything was perfect from the weather to the
accommodation. The apartment was beautiful, clean,
Modern and spacious. The customer service was exceptional.
Paula, the owner was such a pleasure to deal with
and even sent me an interniary we could follow
and got me prices on car rental and shuttle bus services!!!
She exceeded my expectations!! -

The owners are loverly people and made our stay very enjoyable, with all the assistance imaginable. The home has all the ammenities and home comforts that we are accustomed to, within our own home enviroment. We loved our stay and will be looking forward to our next visit. The proximity of all services are so close by and this again makes for a very enjoyable experience

The arpartment was very comfortable for a family of five. It was very spacious and fully self contained.The caretaker was very informative about Palm Cove and its surrounds and his service was prompt. The resort had great facilities for all of us. The pool close to the arpartment was very private and the crocodile pool had lots of atmosphere that suited children and adults alike. The walk to the Esplanade was leisurely and there was a large variety of eating options. Overall it was a very relaxing family holiday that we all enjoyed without the hustle and bustle you get in other holiday spots.

Our family stayed at Paradise in Palm Cove for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was light-filled, clean, with standard mod-cons. The apartment is located within easy walking distance to Palm Cove Esplanade and there's even a track suitable for walking (and scooters!) to get to the Palm Cove pier. We played tennis every day and the kids enjoyed the freedom of riding a scooter around the complex with little traffic to bother them. Palm Cove is a relaxing spot for families to unwind, with sightseeing and attractions readily accessible with a hire car or public transport.

I stayed at the Paradise in Palm Cove apartment for 3 weeks over Christmas and can say that the whole time I never hired a car as it was so central to everything I needed and my 5 year old son enjoyed not only the apartment facilities but also the facilities of the Novotel's Crocodile slide and Restaurant. We also played table tennis each day and went for long walks and ice-cream on the beach. As a single father I can say that I'd never been more relaxed or felt that my son and I had nothing to worry about as far as safety was concerned. The owners of Paradise in Palm Cove went to a lot of trouble to make us feel comfortable and secure which was a nice change, plus we loved their welcome pack and massive digital TV.

Service was good from the time we booked through to our stay, very professional and friendly. The apartment was lovely and clean and we just loved sitting on the balcony everyday enjoying our breakfast in the mornings and retreating to the air conditioned comfort during the day when we got too hot. I loved the closeness to the restaurants (Palm Cove strip) was the highlight as we are foodies and loved to go out for lunch or dinner and the best part was it was within walking distance - Palm Cove is such a beautiful spot and has everything I need in a holiday, therefore I would definatley go back and stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed at a good price.

Paradise in Palm Cove was a fantastic place to stay. The apartment is spacious, very clean and its great that it has a pool nearby. My daughter and I enjoyed walking out to the nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment is also walking distance to the beach so I enjoyed my morning walks. I would highly recommend this apartment.
