Latania Luxury Villa was completed in June 2010, and is now available for holiday rental. Sophisticated and stylishly designed, this villa caters for the Palm Cove executive market.
Having four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates eight adults. The property fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms.

We wanted somewhere we could take ten days of RnR and we are so very pleased we chose Latania. On arrival the presentation was immaculate and so it was very easy to settle in. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining looking out through meters of glass was awesome and even when it rained we felt part of the outside world and not confined to four walls inside. How nice it was every evening to reflect on the day's happenings while gazing through the glass doors at the illuminated blue water pool in the background only five meters away. And it was quiet with not a sound audible from the road nearby. The property was a comfortable stroll away from the seafront restaurants and shops so that gave us our daily dose of exercise with plenty of choices as to which route to take. The interior Bali furnishings provided a nice ambiance and the newness and brightness of the whole property was refreshing. We will definitely return here.

We loved our stay the property is well maintained and in an idyllic setting. The owners welcomed us warmly. It had all the facilities we needed and more.
This is not meant as a critisism but a comfortable sofa would really have been the icing on the cake as after a hard day site seeing all I wanted was a cold drink and a comfy seat and whilst the benches were lovely I couldnt sink into them but this could just be my Englishness coming out!Response from Palm Cove Holiday Homes, Cairns, Queensland - 03/22/2011

Many thanks for your comments on our villa. I have just returned from a buying trip in Bali. You will be pleased to know that I have replaced the cushions on the day bed sofas with new ones that are 3 times the thickness. Now you can relax, unwind and doze off in tropical style! Again, thank you for your feedback. Now all our future guests can benefit from the new comfortable cushions.
