My wife and I spent a week at this condo in May 2010 with our three girls (6 month old twins and a 2 year old). The unit is well furnished, well maintained and very clean. The location is ideal for a number of reasons. It is located right on the 16th tee for the Championship course. That makes it close to the clubhouse and close to the pool. Since it is on the tee, you don't have to worry about errant tee shots like many of the fairway homes. Also, on the outside patio there is a brand-new grill and comfortable patio furniture. We grilled almost every night. I would recommend this unit to others and would stay here again with my family.

The new owner acquired this property in June 09. He has totally redecorated and refurnished the condo. There are minor finishing touches needed, but he is rapidily completing the job. He is open to comments and acts very promptly and willingly on any comments and needs. He wants to make this a perfect place to stay not only for his guests, but you as well. And I believe he will do it. The property is on the golf course and has many fine amenities including a very expensive grill on the patio. Palm Valley CC is a great place to enjoy a vacation. The views are great, maintenance outstanding, beautiful flowers wherever
you look and good food at the club. A great place to walk and marvel at the wonders of mother nature.

Our annual girls getaway was spent at the Palm Desert condo of Holly and Henry. From the minute i walked in, I felt at home, safe, and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there, down to the coffee bean grinder.The house is very tastefully furnished and relaxing. The grounds are well maintained, the nearest swimming pool can be seen from the patio. There is plenty to do if you are not a golfer, shopping,sight seeing, day trips to surrounding cities. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay, could have stayed longer, the weather is perfect! Thank you Holly and Henry!

Spent a girls getaway in this beautiful home. From the instant you open the door you are surrounded by tasteful furnishings and comfortable accomodations. Attention to detail was obvious throughout, extending to the outdoor patio furnishings which overlook the 16th hole tee. You are enclosed by breathtaking views of the mountains and golf course while only minutes away from fabulous restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to go back!

First I have to say I know the owner very well. That being said I can tell you he never does anything in life half way. We have been renting in Palm Desert / Indian Wells for about 17 years now and have rented in Palm Valley before. This unit is spacious peacefull and in a great location. As his descpription said, everything in the house is brand new. From the towels to the tv's. And the patio gets morning sun but also gets shade in the afternoon. Being next to the tee box you get a chance to watch the golfers without worrying about getting hit with golf balls and the house is right across the street from the club house. A great place to have an afternoon cocktail. I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone.
