Dry Heat Resorts is proud to manage this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Palm Desert Townhome located at Palm Valley Country Club. This is a recently updated home with a panoramic-view of Palm Valley's Challenge course from the living-room, breakfast nook and spacious outdoor patio.
The first thing you'll notice upon entering this 2,500 sq ft home are the cathedral ceilings of the living room and dining area. Also, the high ceilings of the entry way. I rented this condo with a group of friends for Coachella Music Fest. The home was perfect for our group of 8 people! The bedrooms were large and beds were clean and comfortable. There were plenty of showers and bathrooms to accomodate our group, which is always nice. The best part about this condo is the pool and jacuzzi - it's located just outside the door only a few steps away! The pool is a community pool but there must be a ton of other community pools because it felt like having a private pool in our own back yard. The golf course is right out back and the view is stunning, all day long. The house is easy to locate and conveniently located near grocery stores and the Coachella Fair Grounds. We will definitely be back!

We just finished our second stay at this Palm Valley Country Club home and loved it! I think I loved and appreciated it even more the second time! The home is wonderful and it is teh perfect location. We stayed in a cooked a lot of dinners we ate on the back deck overlooking the beautiful golf course. My kids are little (3 and 2 years old) so we love that the pool is literally steps from the house but it has a fence around it so we don't need to worry from a safety standpoint. My husband and step dad played a lot of golf in the area and there are great restaurants and shopping very close to the house! Nothing was more than 15 minutes away! I cannot say enough nice things about Kenny who is a pleasure to work with and this vacation experience.

This was a long weekend get away with some friends as we live in Portland and its always a good thing to dry out forum the rain in the NW. This was a beautiful place that I will save in my future visit to the Desert. I liked the floor plan and I like the proximity of the pool for a ip in the pool or hot tub. Look forward to coming back in he near future.

This is a great unit. fantastic morning light and the unit is very good shape, and kenny from dry heat gave excellent service. only thing that keeps it from five stars would be bigger televisions in bedroom, and occasional sounds from the trains. We loved our trip and loved this unit.

Great condo at a great location.
Pros:
- pool close by
- plenty of space
- great service
- shops, restaurants and stores close by
- great view of golf corse from patio
Cons:
- no use of golf course or golf carts
- have to pay extra to use rec facilities (tennis, racquetball, etc)
- unit was not as clean as we would have liked (dishes were not washed, outside areas were full of dirt and leaves)
- we have to empty our own trash in the large bins and they were very far away -

...had a fabulous time in Palm Valley. Tons of great opportunities for golf and casino nightlife. Myself and 3 golfing buddies enjoyed the accomodations, the comfort, the amenities, the surroundings and of course the hospitality of Ken and David Felsher. Our whole family had a wonderful time. It was great to be able to spend time together as a family but it was also wonderful that the house was large enough so that each of us were able to have our own "space" in the house. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I have told several people where I work what a great time we had.

It's one thing to see pictures and think something looks great, it's another to walk in and know it's amazing!! We had so much fun!! We had our family of 4 (2 small kids) plus my parents - there was more then enough room for all of us, and we each had our own bathrooms!! On top of the condo being amazing - the views were stunning and having the pool right outside the back patio was an extra bonus - no long walks back to the condo for a potty break!! The only downside was one bedroom had a double bed, just meant you had to cuddle a little more!! Other than that - we had no complaints and are very excited to return again in the future!! Thanks to Dry Heat Resorts for their services and you'll be hearing from us again!!

This was our first experience with Dry Heat Resorts, and the condo proved everything plus++ that was presented on the web site. We were more than delighted with the property, views, amenities in the condo, and the great experience in Palm Valley CC neighborhood!
Our three bedroom, 3.5 bath made it so convenient for all our guests and the granite kitchen was fabulous.
The deck and furniture were supurb! We have zero negative things to say about our stay. Thank you.
