Condominium is newly redecorated and beautifully furnished. New king-sized bed in master bedroom, flexible two twins or one king in second bedroom. Large eat-in kitchen and separate dining room. Wet Bar. Three televisions and video and CD players. Condominium is set back from the street and very quiet, ground floor unit. Patio faces green belt and is only 50 feet to swimming pool and spa. New 42" flat screen TV in living room!
There is an 18-hole championship golf course in complex, many other top quality courses nearby, as well as tennis courts and restaurant and health club.

The perfect size and the best location. I love the layout of this home - rooms all a good size and nicely decorated. Being a bungalow it allows easy access to the two pool areas. Shopping, restaurants and of course golf are all close at hand. Karyn is a great landlady and takes pride in the care of her vacation home.
