Patio is west facing for optimal sunshine, beautiful sunsets, and mountain views. Located on the 7th fairway use the new BBQ while you watch play from the gallery. Large remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas oven/cooktop. 1810 sq ft of awesomeness! There are 21 pools, plenty of golf and tennis. Wonder restaurant and bar on site. Palm Desert is in the middle of everything. Shopping at the famous El Paseo is 5 minute drive, old Palm Springs (street fair on Thursday evening) is 20 minutes down the highway, Joshua Tree National Park is 50 minutes away, and you must visit College of the Desert arts show which is every weekend.
Lots to do and guarantee sunshine. It is time to just relax!
