A knock out! Prime Location in the beautiful Palm Valley Country Club - Only a 2 minute walk from the condo to the sensational 85,000 Sq ft Clubhouse and Tennis Courts. We have 46 Swimming Pools with Cabanas, 16 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts, Olympic Heated Clubhouse Swimming Pool, 2 Restaurants at the clubhouse and a poolside eatery, Largest and award winning athletic club and spa. A 30 second walk to the nearest swimming pool.
We have an Athletic Club and Spa and Tennis Membership (nominal guest fees) and if a Golfer, there are an abundance of Golf Courses at almost every corner of the Desert.
Many consider Palm Valley CC the Best Country Club in the Desert!!
Spacious 1449 sq ft. south facing, luxury, fairway, spacious, light and bright and 2 minute walk to the Clubhouse!

2 Bedrooms and Den, 2 Bath Condo: California King Bed in Each Bedroom - Master Bedroom has brand new California King Master Bed top of the line, the most comfortable bed and no EMFs, 2nd Bedroom Califorina King Master Bamboo Bed made in US of course. and a New Luxury Leather Queen Sofa Bed in the Den, 3 Large HDTV's (one in master bedroom, den and living room). There are approximately 250 TV Channels, 2 BluRay Players and a very large library of DVDs.

Air Conditioning and 3 Designers Fans with dimmable lights in each bedroom and in the Living Room .
Men and women's sauna, jacuzzi, the award wining and largest athletic club in the desert 16 tennis courts, 2 restaurants and poolside eatery - The Clubhouse with these amenities are a 2 minute walk from our condo! The nearest swimming pool is a few seconds from the condo.
If you are a golfer there are many golf courses to choose from within minutes of Palm Valley CC.
24/7 security kiosk with guards that are very helpful.
2 patio's with outdoor furniture and a BBQ that's automatic and the easiest to use!
Living Room:
48" HDTV, Blu-Ray Player, 16 feet soaring ceiling with dimmable lights throughout. Beautiful Brand New Huge designer fan with dimmable light in the middle of the living room, view of golf fairway, and sliding tinted windows/door leading to the Fairway and Patio with chaise loungers, table and chairs for relaxing while having breakfast and watching the golfers tee off. Tinted windows for privacy.
Master Bedroom:
46" Cable HDTV, Blu-Ray Player, California King bed, Casablanca ceiling fan with dimmer control, luxury sheer and linen wall-to-wall black out drapes for your sleeping comfort if you decide to sleep in, spacious closets, wardrobe drawers, sliding glass, tinted door/windows for privacy, leading to fairway & patio. Adjoining master bathroom with bath tub/shower.
2nd Bedroom with adjoining bathroom:
40" HDTV, King Bed - Bamboo made in US,top of the line, most comfortable bed that there is lots of drawers, spacious mirrored closet, Designer Casablanca ceiling fan with dimmer control.

46' HDTV, BlueRay Player, Brand New gorgeous Queen size, leather sofa bed, huge directors chair and accent lights coming from the romantic drift wood art with ambiance light.

Kitchen:
New, fabulous top of the line oven and convection, microwave/convection, side by side with purified water and ice maker, dishwasher, blender that does it all (blend, liquify, crush etc), and a craftless coffee maker for coffee on demand., side by side profile refrigerator with ice maker, huge dishwasher and a beautiful artistic faucet.
HD Cable TV, Free HBO and Showtime, Blu-Ray Player, DVD player with a full library of great DVD's.
If you'd like to start the day at the Clubhouse's Athletic Club, using our Athletic Club, Spa and Tennis Membership, there are many classes and exercise machines., brand new top of the line work out machines, just roll out of bed in the morning and you are there at the athletic club in 3 minutes!...or 30 seconds to the nearest swimming pool. Later, if you'd like to also play tennis, please do so with our tennis membership
