This home is located in one of the best and most "in demand" areas of
South Palm Desert. An immaculate, charming home tastefully furnished
within walking distance to the beginning of Palm Desert's famous El
Paseo Drive. It is a 3 bedroom, plus a convertible open den with a
futon bed (for 4th bedroom).
There is extensive space and layout for everything you need. The home
features plantation shutters, vaulted ceilings, stunning mountain
views, beautiful Italian ceramic tile floors, cool new bath, (both
baths have skylights), and a bright fully equipped kitchen.

This is the perfect vacation home, close to everything. The begining of El Paseo is only 2 blocks away where you'll find shopping, art galleries and restaurants, night life and cafes.
Hiking trails and tennis are at the foot of the mountain 1 block in the other direction, The famous "River"is close by with its abundance of shops, restaurants and movie theaters.
Golf is all around us and we're blocks from the mall and the McCallum Theater - and much, much more.

What a wonderful place to spend a memorial weekend in Palm Desert. The pool is fantastic, the location is perfect and it was like being at a resort without all the people... very private. I will definately be coming back and this is where I choose to stay.

My partner and I spent the weekend at the above property last year. It was a perfect July 4th getaway. We loved the fact that the property is located within walking distance to El Paseo and the bountiful of shops and galleries. We could walk there when we wanted to be around others, but then when relaxation beckoned us, we lounged at the idyllic pool surrounded by the lush landscape.
We found the interior of the property to be extremely well maintained and very clean. All appliances were operational and easy to use. It was most definitely a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary cooking utensils etc.
We would both highly recommend this vacation rental and certainly look forward to visiting the desert again and staying here.

This house is a great family home. Great salt water pool, easy to clean and Steven Kowal is always availible if anything needs attention. We are coming back!
