The rental was clean and up to date. We would have liked ceiling fans in the rooms but other than that we really enjoyed the house.

The unit we rented this Easter was nice,clean and updated.
My only complaint was the lack of trash bags which made it difficult
to dispose of our trash.
We have been coming to Palm Valley for the last 8 years as a family with
small kids, this is a very nice comfortable unit for a family with older kids
(7 and above) the tile floor didn't work well for our visiting nieces who are 1 and 3.
The staff at Fairway Vacation Rentals is always helpful, I must say the staff at the Country Club could work on their customer service skills. Most were not very warm or inviting.Response from Fairway Vacation Rentals - 04/17/2012
