Lakefront location is awesome. Afternoon sun required closing shutters in kitchen and living room though. Some furniture too big for space in kitchen and living room. Garage not attached. Beautiful, clean unit. Spacious bedrooms. Tvs in every room. Hated to leave.

We've rented at Pvcc before with good results but this unit is not up to par: terrible seating, especially the broken dr chairs. Also, the beds are hard as rocks. The light switches are a mess.

Wow! We certainly are sorry to hear of your disappointment with your one week stay in February. I checked with our front desk and maintenance staff and they only heard from you on two minor plumbing issues that were solved the same day. We will explore the other issues you raised and, between the property owner and us as managers, they will be addressed. We manage about 175 properties and I will admit that this is not one of our most updated. We will be looking for a commitment from the owner to freshen the property across-the-board. As a last minute booking, your choice was somewhat limited. Please try us again...and call earlier! JTP, General Manager
