Despite the 100-110F temp we enjoyed our stay. Very nice accommodation in great location. Four male golfers were happy with the upscale accommodation but there were some minor irritating problems.
1. the fridge ice maker did not work.
2. the shower temp used by the twin BR was uncomfortably hot at the coldest setting
3. the shower handle in the MB BR was broken
We did call maintenance and we think he came in while we were away but nothing was repaired. Assume he needed parts to fix the problems.Response from Fairway Vacation Rentals - 07/14/2012

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. Our records iindicate that the water temperature and shower handle issues were resolved in the course of your stay. The ice maker did involve a warranty issue and was not solved until after your departure. Regardless, we DO APOLOGIZE for the issues you encountered... As to the weather, you DID encounter some unusually hot weather for late April! That is one we can't fix for your next visit! It is a very nice property and we hope to see you again on another visit.
