Clean and well-equipped condo in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable accommodations. Living room carpet needs to be replaced and upholstered chairs could use some cleaning.

We stayed for a month and a half. the master bathroom has been updated and has a very large, granite enclosed,
open shower, beautifully decorated condo, private patio (half walled on both sides) convenient kitchen and overall very spacious.
We did enjoy our stay and felt very at home. well stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletries, all you need for working kitchen lots of towels.
Now the bad news: A couple of problems need to be sorted out, the cleaners did a very poor job of preparing the condo, the bathrooms wreaked of urine so i was down on hands and knees with bleach - nice greeting. They had left sugar in the cupboards so both the pantry and cabinets were absolutely infected with ants - sure the cleaning crew came by after the fact, but we were now left with poisins in
our cupboards for our stay and despite the 8 traps we set, we never got rid of them. the bathroom fan is cheap and noisy and the living room furniture looks nice enough but is very uncomfortable for long period of time. small thing the tv sound system is very poorly deisgned and almost impossible to hear without loud volume.
you share the patio with others on each side, you take your
chance they have the same schedule as you and don't get up at 8 am chatting endlessly on the phone on the patio checking on business affairs - like we had. the patio is north facing that means after 12 noon - no sun. the pools are close - 4 units either side which was convenient. aside from the neighbors, everything else can be fixed if they choose to do it - doubtful.
Carol was our rep and she was sensational, up front, helpful, geniune and friendly.

We spent our second visit to the Coachella Valley at this wonderful Palm Valley Country Club property. The property is exactly as described, clean, well maintained, including everything that a guest would need. We would add that the Vrbo photo's do not do this place justice - it is nicerthan it appears. This property is conviently located to local shopping, theatre, markets and, restaurants. The georgous Palm Valley Country Club is centrally located close to a number of local tourist attractions to say nothing of the area golf courses. There were no surprises. We would/will return to this property and/or other properties in the Palm Valley Country Club without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

A wonderful unit with great views of the golf course and morning sun on the back patio. Rooms were clean, furnishings quite adequate. Would have liked to have had Hdtv on the televisions, but all in all a very nice unit in which to stay. Palm Valley CC is outstanding.
Only problem was when we checked in, a wrong unit key was left for us and we had trouble contacting a person who could let us in. After traveling 12 hours from the east coast, we had to wait almost 3 hours to finally get into the unit. It seemed nobody was available to help us. -

We were thrilled with the unit. Fantastic view, loved the comfortable furniture and beds, used the fireplace every day.
Only issue...dishwasher did not work properly. Otherwise,
couldn't have been more pleased. Plan to be back next year
and would love this unit again.
