We had a great time in the Palm Desert area and really did enjoy our rental unit. The location was great and the views from the patio in the evening were lovely. The bathrooms need updating and it would be nice if the carpet was gone otherwise everthing was good.

We found this condo to be very well equipped, tastefully decorated and in an excellent location. We especially enjoyed the nearby pool, having a laundry room and garage.

I had lots of problems, lst no hot water as I arrived, drain in the bathtub didn't work, garagedoor opener didn't work, after a few days the TV in the livingroom didn't work. etc. The carpet in the bathroom is not very clean. The owners should check their unit before they rent out. This unit wasn't upgrated since it was built som 25 years ago. I have spent several month for years in the complex, but I have never experienced so many problems.

The unit was everything we could have wanted. Comfortable, clean, great location and equipped great. Would rent this unit again.
