SLCRental was "dated" but I understand...
Left on 03/30/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Visited Desert several times... Have friends who just sold home in Palm springs about age of subject... Summer heat seems to age all these properties! Subject no different... Original carpets, rugs in bathrooms originals... Maybe never cleaned or replaced... Would still probably rent again if no other choices existed...

We are a little surprised at your 'lukewarm" assessment! This property has newer tile in much of the living area and, I can assure you, the carpeted areas are cleaned regularly.
