Arriving late I found the information to access the unit complete and easy to follow. I would respectfully request that if possible Fairway Vacation personnel should turn on an exterior light near the entrance door on the day of arrival to facilitate ready access to the property for after hours arrivals.
The home was well appointed and lacked none of amenities required to make the stay enjoyable. The location of the unit (close to the railway) was known before renting and while initially bothersome became less noticable after a week.
We were pleased with the professionalism of the Fairway Vacation Rental personnel and the prompt response of the maintenance staff when challenges with the TV controls arose.
Palm Valley`s horticultural beauty and the well maintained gardens make this Country Club a must return.
The unit was somewhat dusty in the master bedroom upon arrival and properly sized fitted sheets on the king size bed would have been nice.
