My Husband and I stayed here for 12 nights whilst visiting friends and family in the area.
It is an excellant location for the local area.
We like the convience of the Freeway and airport also lots to do in the immediate area such as Golf, Tennis on site and excellant restaurants and shopping facilities close by.
The owner Lissa is very amenable and and likes to make sure we have everything we need.
This was our second visit and will not be our last. -

We stayed 10 days april/May 2012 and found this property to be very clean comfortable and in a quiet location. Great if you just want to chill but also a great location for visiting the surrounding areas.
The condo had everything we needed and Lissa was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our time at Silver Sands.
Will be looking to rent again next year. -

My wife and I along with a family friend stayed here for 2 weeks Feb. 21 - March 6, 2012. We originally found it through a friend who also stays at the Silver Springs Racket Club from time to time. It is an excellent location and the unit is very comfortable. The rooms are all generously sized and well furnished. We are particular about having good beds and we found them here (in our experience that is often not the case !) so we were very happy as first time renters about the beds. It has a full kitchen, well equipped. I think there are 15 swimming pools in this gated development and 2 of them are close by this house, basically just across the street. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. So if you are looking for comfortable and quiet accomodation you won't go wrong by choosing this place. George
